- la figure 1 est une représentation schématique du principe de lecture de contour du verre,
- la figure 2 est une représentation de la forme finale recherchée pour le verre,
- la figure 3 est une schématisation de la trajectoire de meulage pour la retouche du verre selon la forme finale recherchée.
Claims (13)
- Procédé pour la retouche d'un verre de lunettes (1) après une première taille de celui-ci et démontage du verre de son support de taille initial, du genre suivant lequel, en vue d'un nouveau passage de ce verre de lunettes sur une meuleuse, on implante sur lui un bloc de préhension (3) propre à sa mise en place sur une telle meuleuse, caractérisé en ce qu'on implante le bloc (3) en un point (4) quelconque du verre de lunettes préférentiellement proche du centre (5), on fixe le verre (1) dans un lecteur de contour autour dudit bloc (3) suivant une orientation quelconque, on procède à la lecture de contour du verre de lunettes (1) conduisant au relevé d'une forme lue (9) pour ce verre de lunettes, on compare la forme lue (9) à la forme finale recherchée (10) en plaçant la forme finale recherchée (10) dans la forme lue (9), on établit une fonction de meulage tenant compte de la différence entre cette forme lue (9) et cette forme finale (10), et on pilote en conséquence la meuleuse.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, l'orientation quelconque du verre (1) dans le lecteur de contour étant caractérisée par deux axes (6, 7) définissant avec ledit point de fixation (4) un premier repère (4, 6, 7), il est déterminé lors de la lecture du contour une fonction du type R = ƒ (α), où R est la distance du point lu à un axe (A) duquel le verre (1) a été solidarisé lors de l'implantation du bloc de préhension (3), et α l'angle de rotation du verre (1) depuis sa positon initiale de blocage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, la forme finale (10) recherchée pour le verre (1) est définie par une fonction du type R1 = ƒ (β) où R1 est la distance du point de la forme finale (10) recherchée du verre (1) à son centre (11), dit "centre boxing", et β l'angle de rotation autour d'axes théoriques (13, 14) définissant avec le centre boxing (11) un second repère (11, 13, 14).
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite fonction de meulage est du type R2 = ƒ2 (α) et correspond à la transformation de la fonction ƒ1 dans le second repère (11, 13, 14) en une fonction autour du premier repère (4, 6, 7).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la comparaison de la forme lue (9) à la forme finale recherchée (10) est effectuée au moyen d'un algorithme de recherche de distance minimum de la forme lue (9) à la forme finale recherchée (10).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la comparaison de la forme lue (9) à la forme finale recherchée (10) est effectuée au moyen d'un algorithme de détermination des axes principaux d'inertie et de centre d'inertie de la forme lue (9) et de la forme finale (10) recherchée.
- Machine pour la mise en oeuvre d'un procédé conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 6, comportant une meuleuse, un dispositif d'implantation d'un bloc de préhension (3) sur le verre de lunettes (1), un appareil (2) de lecture de contour, une unité de pilotage du meulage comportant des moyens pour mémoriser la forme lue et la forme finale recherchée, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un calculateur propre à effectuer le placement de la forme finale recherchée dans la forme lue, pour comparer les deux formes et établir une fonction de meulage tenant compte de la différence entre ces deux formes.
- Machine suivant la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le bloc de préhension (3) est un gland.
- Machine suivant la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le bloc de préhension (3) est une ventouse.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un moyen numérique de lecture de contour du verre (1) de lunette.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un moyen mécanique de lecture de contour du verre (1) de lunette.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le moyen de lecture de contour comporte un moyen de positionnement du verre (1) par son bloc (3) de préhension.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisée en ce que les axes de lecture et de meulage sont confondus.
