Claims (10)

  1. Abgabevorrichtung für ein Fluid, die folgende Bestandteile umfaßt: ein Abgabeorgan, wie z.B. eine Pumpe (20), Ausstoßeinrichtungen, wie z.B. eine Ausstoßdüse (3), die eine Abgabeöffnung (8) umfaßt, eine Betätigungseinrichtung, wie z.B. einen Drücker (1) und ein Verschlußsystem, das ein Verschlußelement (4) umfaßt, welches in elastischer Weise zwischen einer Verschlußstellung, in welcher es die Abgabeöffnung (8) hermetisch verschließt, und einer Öffnungsstellung verformbar ist, in welcher es die Abgabeöffnung (8) öffnet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drücker (1) bezüglich der Ausstoßdüse (3) leicht verschiebbar ist und daß das Verschlußelement (4) zwischen dem Drücker (1) und der Ausstoßdüse (3) derart angeordnet ist, daß während der Betätigung der Abgabevorrichtung das Verschlußelement (4) zu seiner Öffnungsstellung hin durch die Ausstoßdüse (3) oder durch ein Organ (2) verformbar ist, das mit der Ausstoßdüse (3) fest verbunden ist, wobei das Verschlußelement (4) nach der Betätigung der Abgabevorrichtung in elastischer Weise zu seiner Verschlußstellung zurückkehrt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Verschlußelement (4) eine verformbare Verschlußwand (41) umfaßt, welche die Abgabeöffnung (8) verschließt, wobei die Verschlußwand (41) Öffnungseinrichtungen (6) umfaßt, die sich in der geöffneten Stellung des Verschlußelementes öffnen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der die Öffnungseinrichtungen einen Spalt (6) umfassen, der sich während der Betätigung der Abgabevorrichtung öffnet.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der die Verschlußwand (41) eine im wesentlichen konkave untere Oberfläche umfaßt, die in der Verschlußstellung mit einer konvexen oberen Oberfläche des Organs (2, 3) in Berührung steht, die fest mit der Abgabevorrichtung verbunden ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, bei der der Spalt (6) von zwei Rändern (61, 62) definiert wird, die sich während des Öffnens des Spaltes (6) derart voneinander enflemen, daß ein stumpfer Kegel in der Öffnungsstellung des Verschlußelementes (4) gebildet wird, wobei der Teil mit dem kleinsten Durchmesser des stumpfen Kegels von den unteren Enden der beiden Ränder (61, 62) definiert wird, die in der Nähe der Abgabeöffnung (8) angeordnet sind, derart, daß dann, wenn sich der Spalt (6) wieder schließt, die beiden Ränder (61, 62) zunächst im Bereich dieser unteren Enden in Berührung kommen, und dabei das in dem stumpfen Kegel nach der Betätigung der Abgabevorrichtung verbleibende Produkt nach außen stoßen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 und 5, bei der dann, wenn sich der Spalt (6) wieder schließt, die unteren Enden der beiden Ränder (61, 62) die obere konvexe Oberfläche des Organs (2, 3), das mit der Abgabevorrichtung fest verbunden ist, abstreifen und dabei das Produkt zurückziehen, welches sich nach der Betätigung der Abgabevorrichtung an dieser Stelle befindet.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der das Verschlußelement (4) eine Zylinderbuchse (40) umfaßt, die um die Ausstoßdüse (3) herum angeordnet und/oder an ihr befestigt ist, sowie eine verformbare Verschlußwand (41), die eine Endwand der Buchse (40) bildet, wobei die Verschlußwand (41) einen Spalt (6) umfaßt, der gegenüber der Abgabeöffnung (8) angeordnet ist und sich bei einer Betätigung der Vorrichtung öffnet.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der die Buchse (40) in der geöffneten Stellung des Verschlußelementes (4) derart verformt ist, daß sie das Verschlußelement (4) in elastischer Weise zu seiner Verschlußstellung hin vorspannt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der das Verschlußelement in Form einer Scheibe ausgebildet ist, die ein Loch umfaßt, das in der Verschlußstellung geschlossen ist und das sich dann, wenn die Abgabevorrichtung betätigt wird öffnet, um ein Organ hindurchtreten zu lassen, das mit der Abgabevorrichtung fest verbunden ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der das Verschlußelement (4) aus einem elastomeren Material, wie z.B. Butylkautschuk hergestellt ist.
