- the straw element can be an extruded straw with less Wall thickness.
- a counter element be provided for the closure element, which is connected to the straw element.
- the fastener can be formed by an adhesive layer directly on the straw element is applied. This adhesive layer can be used to create a connection between the removal device and flexible packaging to the sleeve of the flexible packaging or on adhesive tabs attached to the sleeve of the flexible packaging his.
- Adhesive strips can be arranged, which are attached at one end to the straw element and the other end of which is an adhesive layer for attachment to the flexible packaging having. It is also possible to attach the fastener by a clamp connection to design. In such a clamp connection, for example, the casing material the flexible packaging or attached to the envelope of the flexible packaging Clamping tabs are pinched. With the mentioned fasteners it is possible to firmly connect the removal device to the flexible packaging.
- the fastening means is preferably sealed by a sealing element with respect to the straw element Locking element formed.
- the locking element is a positive Connection between the flexible packaging and a removal device inserted therein created. This form-fitting system leads to a safe one Connection between the flexible packaging and the removal device according to the invention, so that the removal device can be avoided accidentally the flexible packaging is pulled out.
- the locking element is a Has sleeve in which the straw element is fitted.
- a sleeve can be integrally formed on the removal device.
- Manufacture sleeve separately from the straw element so that the advantages of the present Invention can be achieved with a simple extruded straw element, which in the sleeve is inserted and its outlet with any closure element is closed.
- the present invention is further developed by that the sleeve is integrally connected to the counter element.
- the sleeve is integrally connected to the counter element.
- locking webs extend, at their free ends to the inlet tapered locking lugs are arranged.
- the locking lugs form sliding surfaces on which the wrapping material of the flexible packaging when inserting the removal device slides along in the flexible packaging. This will make the locking ridges more radial Pressed inwards. After the locking lugs penetrated the shell have, these spring back radially due to the elasticity of the locking webs, so that they fit positively on the inner surface of the shell.
- the locking bars can with the fingers after emptying the flexible packaging from the outside of the user are compressed so that the removal device according to the invention together with the sleeve in a simple way from the flexible packaging can be removed.
- Such a separation of the storage container and the removal device can be used to reduce the volume of waste or to sort it Separation of waste or reuse of the removal device is desired his.
- the locking element in an alternative embodiment, which also creates an effective connection leads between the removal device and flexible packaging, has the locking element a frustoconical taper towards the inlet, preferably in the circumferential direction openwork outer surface.
- the flexible packaging also acts here as a sliding surface, which is elastic Elongation of the packaging material causes. If the outer surface in Perimeter direction is broken, the individual circle segments can be independent from each other in the radial direction to reduce the elastic expansion of the sleeve material to be pressed inwards after passing through the locking element to spring the sleeve material radially outwards and form-fit to the inside the case to prevent accidental withdrawal of the removal device to prevent.
- the stop is easily formed by a ring.
- This ring can be shaped or non-positively on the sleeve or on the outer surface of the straw element be held yourself. If the stop is formed on a ring, the non-positive is held on the peripheral surface of the sleeve or straw element, it is possible this after insertion of the removal device axially towards the inlet to move so as to cover the flexible packaging between the locking element and clamp the stop on the removal device. If alternative the stop is formed on a ring which is form-fitting, for example via a simple plastic thread, on the sleeve or the outer surface of the straw element is held, this ring after inserting the removal device in the direction to be delivered to the inlet of the removal device.
- the anti-rotation device can also be achieved by other configurations. So can the removal device in the insertion area other than a rotationally symmetrical Have cross-sectional shape. This cross-sectional shape can, for example be square or elliptical. It is also possible to have a firm with the flexible packaging provide connected component in which the inserted into the flexible packaging Removal device for the rotation-proof mounting of the removal device intervenes. This component can be, for example, a plastic ring on the shell is welded and the locking lugs on the side facing the inside of the bag has, in the corresponding counterparts of a removal device to be introduced intervene so that twisting is also effectively prevented.
- a removal device that is easy to manufacture is obtained if the counter element and the stop and the locking element are integrally formed are.
- Such a component can be used separately as a smooth, extruded straw element Injection molded part are made.
- the straw element and the counter element, the The stop and the component having the latching element can be arranged in a downstream one Production step are glued or welded together. If the attack and the locking element are formed on a sleeve, it is also possible to the inventive Removal device by simply pushing it in or pressing it in of the extruded straw element in the sleeve, provided the outer diameter of the straw element and the inner diameter of the sleeve dimensioned in this way are that both parts are sealed against each other.
- the closure element is according to a further preferred embodiment of the present Invention in the longitudinal direction of the straw element between a first layer, in which the outlet is closed by the closure element, and a second layer, in which the outlet is open, movable.
- the movability of the closure element in Longitudinal direction ensures easy actuation of the closure element, which may can also be done through the mouth of the user. Such actuation of the closure element in particular when using the removal device according to the invention in sports, for example when cycling, conceivable.
- the counter element preferably has two the movement of the closure element limiting stops on.

- the film is designed such that it forms a roof-shaped Form sealingly applied to the introduced removal device.
- Foil is the foil with a sufficient distance to the puncture area on the casing attached. Since the recess in the shell preferably has an outer diameter the removal device in the insertion area has a corresponding diameter also the fastening between the film and the casing is sufficiently spaced from the recess.
- the film is in its initial state, i.e. before inserting the removal device in the flexible packaging, placed in at least one fold. Through this Fold is caused that the film covers the recess tightly in the initial state and shaped like a tent roof around the removal device inserted into the flexible packaging even when the film has little stretchability.
- the present invention are to tighten Covering the recess in the initial state, overlapping tracks of the film joined together in the area of the fold.
- the film is alternative or cumulative connected to the shell.
- the connection ensures that the film has the recess covers tight in the initial state, so that no pollution, bacteria or the like. penetrate into an intermediate area between the film and the casing.
- the connection of the film with the shell or foil layers with each other is designed to be detachable so that it when inserting the removal device is released so that the film in the desired sets up tent-roof shape around the removal device.
- the film preferably has an elongated shape, the folds extending in the longitudinal direction extend the slide. With such a configuration, the tent-roof-shaped Installation of the film when inserting the removal device into the flexible packaging favored.
- the film is used to cover the recess tightly formed from an elastic material, the course of the connection between the film and sleeve is chosen with a view to the elastic properties of the film, that the film is sealed to form a tent-roof shape Removal device creates.
- the connection between the film and the shell can accordingly be arranged at a small distance around the recess, whereas a film with low elasticity is connected to the sheath in such a way that the connection point, for example the weld is relatively far from the puncture hole.
- the connection between the film and the sheath is all the closer to the recess can be, the better the stretchability of the film.
- the embodiment shown in Fig. 1 of a removal device according to the invention is a drinking straw.
- This drinking straw has a cylindrical straw element as a straw element 2, the one designated as the mouth end 4 and the mouth end 4 opposite outlet designated as the bag end 6.

- the latching webs 24 extend in the axial direction from one facing the bag end 6 Face of the sleeve 22.
- there are several Separate locking webs 24 are arranged distributed on the end face of the sleeve 22.
- the wall thickness of the locking webs 24 is less than the wall thickness of the sleeve 22, so that there is an annular gap 26 between the locking webs 24 and the stem element 2.
- each locking web 24 has a locking lug 28 on.
- the triangular cross-sectional area is the clearly recognizable locking tabs 28 tapering towards the end of the bag 6.
- a ring 16 is also attached to the outer surface of the sleeve 22. That ring 16 extends at right angles to the axis of the straw element 2 and forms on it Bag end 6 facing ring surface the stop 18th
- the drinking straw is shown in a position after it has been inserted into a beverage bag 30.
- the beverage bag 30 is made essentially from a shell 32 which has a recess 34 in the insertion region.
- the recess 34 is before inserting a drinking straw through an inner film 36 closed.
- the inner film 36 is at least in the insertion area of the beverage bag provided and there at a distance from the recess 34 on the inside of the Cover 32 welded to this via an annular weld 38.
- the insertion tip 8 pierces first the inner film 36.
- the e.g. Inner film 36 made of polyethylene is such ensure that they penetrate the bag end 6 of the straw element 2 stretches and rests elastically around the circumferential surface of the straw element 2. This gives there is an effective seal between the inner film 36 and the straw element 2. Due to the holding forces between the inner film 36 and the stalk element 2 arises the inner film 36 when the drinking straw is inserted into the beverage bag 30 to the inside of the beverage bag 30 and slides when the drinking straw is inserted along the circumferential surface of the straw element 2.
- the inner film 36 expands elastic to form a tent-roof shape.
- the locking lugs 28 With increasing advancement of the drinking straw, the locking lugs 28 finally hit her conical outer surface against the outer edge of the recess 34 and slide this off. As a result, the locking lugs 28 are pressed inwards into the annular gap 26 and there is an elastic expansion of the locking webs 24. After the locking lugs 28 have slipped past the inner surface of the recess 34 and penetrated the sheath 32 have, the locking lugs 28 due to the elastic expansion of the Locking bars 24 back. The surfaces of the locking lugs 28 facing the mouth end lie then via an annular surface 20 on the inner surface of the shell 32. Through this form-fitting system is an unintentional pulling out of the drinking straw the beverage bag 30 prevented. This connection is further improved by that the outer peripheral surface of the locking webs 24 on the inner surface of the recess 34 is present.
