  • Tooth 59 of each lance 58 has a profile substantially in the form of a rectangular trapezium with the oblique side facing wall 18 of enclosure 3, is of such a width as to interact simultaneously with both respective teeth 60, 61, and clicks between teeth 60, 61 to define the preassembly position of device 30 ( Figures 3 and 4), or behind tooth 61 towards wall 18 to define the full-assembly position of device 30 ( Figures 5 and 6).
  • plate 31 of device 30 in the first work configuration is detached from wall 19 so that wedges 40 do not interact with lances 26, and contact portions 22 of terminals 5 are engaged exclusively in respective seats 41 of plate 31.

Claims (13)

  1. Connecteur électrique (1) comprenant:
    une enveloppe isolante (3) définissant un certain nombre de cavités (4) destinées à contenir des bornes électriques mâles respectives (5) et présentant des axes respectifs parallèles à une direction de raccordement (A) dudit connecteur (1) sur un connecteur complémentaire (1') ;
    des moyens de retenue principaux (26) destinés à retenir lesdites bornes (5) à l'intérieur desdites cavités respectives (4) et à empêcher la libération des bornes ; et
    des moyens de retenue secondaires (30) comprenant au moins un premier élément (31), qui sont associés à ladite enveloppe (3), dans ladite direction de raccordement (A), dans une position fermée, et coopèrent dans ladite position fermée avec lesdits moyens de retenue principaux (26) afin de déterminer l'assemblage correct et d'empêcher la libération desdites bornes (5) par lesdits moyens de retenue principaux ; ledit premier élément (31) présentant un certain nombre de premiers sièges traversants (41) assemblés de manière à coulisser sur des parties de contact respectives (22) desdites bornes (5) ;
       caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de retenue secondaires (30) comprennent un second élément (42) présentant un certain nombre de seconds sièges traversants (43) pour lesdites parties de contact respectives (22) desdites bornes (5) ; et des moyens de liaison (44) destinés à coupler lesdits premier et second éléments (31, 42) l'un face à l'autre de manière à se déplacer l'un par rapport à l'autre dans ladite direction de raccordement (A), entre une première configuration opérationnelle dans laquelle lesdits premier et second éléments (31, 42) sont positionnés parallèlement et espacés d'une certaine distance donnée, et une seconde configuration opérationnelle dans laquelle lesdits premier et second éléments (31, 42) sont accrochés l'un à l'autre sous l'action de la poussée exercée par ledit connecteur complémentaire (1') lorsqu'il est assemblé sur ledit connecteur (1).
  2. Connecteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de liaison (44) comprennent des moyens de guidage (45) supportés par l'un desdits premier et second éléments (31, 42) et s'étendant parallèlement à ladite direction de raccordement (A); et des moyens d'assemblage (47) supportés par l'autre desdits premier et second éléments (31, 42) et couplés d'une manière à coulisser avec lesdits moyens de guidage (45).
  3. Connecteur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits premier et second éléments (31, 42) sont définis par des plaques respectives perpendiculaires à ladite direction de raccordement (A) ; et en ce que lesdits moyens de guidage comprennent un certain nombre de premières barres (45) en saillie par rapport à l'une desdits premier et second éléments (31, 42) et s'étendant parallèlement à ladite direction de raccordement (A).
  4. Connecteur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdites premières barres (45) présentent des fentes longitudinales respectives (46), et en ce que lesdits moyens d'assemblage comprennent un certain nombre de secondes barres (47) qui coulissent le long desdites fentes respectives (46).
  5. Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4 précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier élément (31) comprend des moyens de coopération (40) coopérant avec lesdits moyens de retenue principaux (26) ; et en ce que lesdits moyens de guidage (45) sont supportés par ledit premier élément (31) sur la face opposée auxdits moyens de coopération (40).
  6. Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de retenue secondaire (30) comprennent un moyen élastique (52) interposé entre lesdits premier et second éléments (31, 42) ; et un moyen d'arrêt unidirectionnel (51) agissant sur ledit second élément (42) en opposition audit moyen élastique (52) de manière à maintenir le second élément (42) à ladite distance donnée par rapport audit premier élément (31) dans ladite première configuration opérationnelle.
  7. Connecteur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen élastique comprend une paire de lames flexibles (52) en saillie par rapport aux faces opposées de l'un desdits premier et second éléments (31, 42).
  8. Connecteur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdites lames flexibles (52) sont agencées de manière à former une croix en forme de X lorsqu'elles sont vues latéralement.
  9. Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8 précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'arrêt (51) sont supportés par lesdites fentes (46) desdites premières barres (45).
  10. Connecteur selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'arrêt comprennent, pour chacune desdites secondes barres (47), un bord d'extrémité transversal (51) de ladite fente (46) respective.
  11. Connecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite enveloppe (3) comprend une partie arrière (14) définissant lesdites cavités (4) pour lesdites bornes (5) et une partie avant creuse (15) communiquant avec lesdites cavités (4) et qui contient lesdites parties de contact (22) desdites bornes (5) et définit une cavité (16) destinée à recevoir ledit connecteur complémentaire (1'); lesdits premier et second éléments (31, 42), dans ladite première configuration opérationnelle, pouvant être déplacés, à l'intérieur de ladite cavité (16) de ladite enveloppe (3), entre une position de préassemblage dans laquelle ledit premier élément (31) ne coopère pas avec lesdits moyens de retenue principaux (26) et une position d'assemblage complet dans laquelle ledit premier élément (31) est dans ladite position fermée et supporte, ensemble avec ledit second élément (42), lesdites parties de contact (22) desdites bornes (5); lesdits premier et second éléments (31, 42) pouvant être placés dans ladite seconde configuration opérationnelle pour ladite position d'assemblage complet par la poussée exercée par ledit connecteur complémentaire (1') lorsqu'il est assemblé sur ledit connecteur (1).
  12. Connecteur selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de retenue (58, 59, 60, 61) interposés entre lesdits moyens de retenue secondaires (30) et ladite enveloppe (3) et définissant lesdites positions de préassemblage et d'assemblage complet desdits premier et second éléments (31, 42).
  13. Connecteur selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de retenue comprennent au moins une première et une deuxième dent (60, 61) supportées par ladite enveloppe (3) et agencées successivement dans ladite direction de raccordement (A) ; et au moins une lame élastique (58) supportée par ledit premier élément (31) et comportant une troisième dent (59) qui vient s'encliqueter entre lesdites première et deuxième dents (60, 61) afin de définir ladite position de préassemblage desdits moyens de retenue secondaires (30), et derrière ladite deuxième dent (61) afin de définir ladite position d'assemblage complet des moyens de retenue secondaires (30).
