Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a hob with at least one gas burner and one of these gas burners as a flat, plate-shaped, one-piece Shaped hob surrounding glass ceramic or another temperature resistant material with low thermal expansion coefficient, such as special glasses or ceramics, the cooking surface being the Cooking hob covers being components or functional parts of the components each gas burner in the area of one assigned to the respective burner Opening in the molded body below, above or in the main plane of the Shaped body are arranged, and wherein the gas burner from the shaped body is carried, wherein the shaped body is formed in the area of the burner is that it directly burns the burner and / or components of the burner carries or holds and / or forms parts and / or components of the burner itself.
For some years now there have been gas or electric / gas stoves, so-called mixed stoves with glass ceramic cooktops launched on the market. These cooking devices are operated with atmospheric gas burners, as far as possible identical in construction to the normal stainless steel or steel enamel troughs for many Years of use.
Gas stoves with glass ceramic cooktops settle in particular because of the Aesthetics and ease of cleaning of the glass ceramic cooktop, the z. B. can also be used as worktops. Precisely because of this The purchase motives are the integration of a metallic gas burner in the design known today is perceived as disadvantageous. The overall appearance of the cooking appliance and in particular the ease of cleaning in the connection area between the glass ceramic cooktop and the atmospheric one Gas burner is bad. For the integration of atmospheric gas burners a very complex connection technology is often required, so that the burner is mechanically perfect and liquid-tight with the glass ceramic hob connected is. The known mounting systems are time consuming and expensive.
For example, a burner arrangement is known from European patent specification EP 0 536 619 B1, known for hobs, in which at least one Gas burner mounted in a support frame and the surrounding area the gas burner or the gas burner by means of a shaped body made of brittle Material, such as glass, glass ceramic or ceramic, is covered, whereby each gas burner through a passage in the brittle Material .existing molded body extends over the top thereof, wherein the gas burner (s) from the brittle material Shaped body is or are and between the shaped body and each Gas burner is a permanently flexible connection and sealing device is attached, which for fastening and at the same time liquid sealing the gas burner in the passage of the molded body is a solid and liquid-tight on the edge area of the passage in the molded body and on at least a connecting surface formed by the gas burner and has sealing element, between the gas burner or the gas burners and the support frame securing and holding devices are attached, if the supporting body is removed Admission of limited mobility with regard to restraint and anti-rotation are effective for each of the gas burners.
In gas stoves or hobs with burner arrangements known on the market this type is the one that covers the surrounding surface of the gas burner Provide plate with a much larger opening than would actually be required for the respective gas burner. The one formed by it relatively wide annular gap between the gas burner and the breakthrough edge must be sealed effectively. This sealing is partially successful insufficient and overcooked food can enter the joint between the Penetrate the plate and the gas burner. Cleaning these facilities therefore often makes an at least partial disassembly of the arrangement necessary.
auffangen.Furthermore, the PCT application WO 97/00407 describes a stove made of glass ceramic for gas stoves, which has at least one opening for receiving the gas burner and several arches of the same height, which are distributed around this opening and serve as a carrier for a cooking appliance which can be operated with the aid of the Brenner should be heated, the bulges are an essential part of the hob itself.
This WO 97/00407 is concerned with the changeover of gas stoves with burners with an open flame to a glass ceramic plate, the support grid, the so-called pan support, which is necessary in the conventional gas stoves with open gas burners. Is solved. this task according to the WO application, in that several bulges of the same height distributed around an opening for the burner in the glass ceramic plate and protruding beyond the burner are formed in one piece in the glass ceramic plate as supports for the cooking appliance, that is to say the pot. Furthermore, a zone is described, also integrated in the glass ceramic plate, which is lowered in relation to the burner bushing and to the edge of the hob. This recess is intended to catch overflowing liquids during the cooking process.
In the German patent DE 43 33 334 C2, a plate made of glass ceramic is presented as a component of a cooking appliance, with at least one area of the one-piece plate deviating from the main plane of the plate, areas of the one-piece plate deviating from the main plane of the plate with the formation of circular truncated cones, spherical segments and / or circular cones, differ from prisms, tetrahedra, pyramids and / or their stumps (claim 5). The main level of the one-piece plate can have openings and assembly openings for the passage of the gas burners. The object of this DE 43 33 334 C2 is to propose a new, functional embodiment of a plate made of glass ceramic as a hob, which can be easily assembled without major changes to existing designs and whose need for additional frame and fastening parts is minimal.
The design of a specific burner arrangement for hobs with gas burners is not to be found in DE 43 33 334 C2.
Die US Patentschrift US-A-3592180, als nächstliegender Stand der Technik zeigt eine einstückig mit der Platte verbundene und eingesenkte Brennermulde aus Keramik, im Gegensatz zur vorliegenden Erfindung, die sich auf eine verformte Glaskeramikmulde mit einer erhabenen Kontur zur Aufnahme der Brenner bezieht.US-A-3592180, as the closest prior art shows a burner trough connected in one piece to the plate and countersunk made of ceramic, in contrast to the present invention, which relates to a deformed glass ceramic trough with a raised contour to accommodate the Brenner relates.
The object of the present invention is therefore in a burner arrangement a fully effective seal between the To provide gas burner and the molded body made of glass ceramic and rupture due to tension, the assembly of these Burner arrangement simple and with little expenditure of time, material and Costs should be feasible. Another object of the invention is the ease of cleaning and the overall aesthetics compared to the known cooking systems to improve significantly.
To solve this problem is in a hob according to the preamble of claim 1 of the present invention proposed that the Shaped body made of glass ceramic, a hob with an all-round bulge to accommodate the burner.
This means that in particular the glass ceramic cooktop or a surface made of another temperature-resistant material with a low coefficient of thermal expansion, such as special glasses, in particular quartz glass, ceramics or sintered ceramics, can become part of the burner itself in the burner area and, as a result, the burning point is inevitably integrated into the cooking appliance. This ensures a smooth transition from the cooking surface to the fireplace, which is easy to clean, which is aesthetically pleasing, which significantly simplifies the assembly of the cooking appliance and thus also leads to a reduction in costs.
With this embodiment according to the invention, the specific advantages of a glass ceramic can be exploited in particular, since no thermal stresses are induced in the hot burner area compared to the cold cooking area, which makes such an embodiment possible in the first place. Because of the high temperature differences between the firing point and the cold cooking surface area, this embodiment according to the invention can be represented in particular with glass ceramic. Traditional cooking appliances with a stainless steel or steel enamel cover do not allow such an embodiment.
The shaping of the glass ceramic can take place in a known manner by vacuum forming, hot molding, shaping rolls or sintering.
In a more specific embodiment of the invention, the molded body gives way to Area of the burner from its main level forming an open one Circular truncated cone, spherical segment, of an open prism, tetrahedron, or a pyramid, on the opening edge of which the burner rests, and thereby worn or held.
The shape of the molded body can be upwards and / or downwards deviate from its main level below.
Luft darstellt. In a further very preferred embodiment, the shaped body defines a wall with the formation of an annular bulge on which the burner then lies directly and the edge of which supports the burner. This creates a space within the bulge with a floor, which forms components or parts of the burner, in particular together with the cover of the burner, the mixing chamber or parts of the mixing chamber of the burner.
In this case, the shaped body, with the formation of an annular bulge as the wall, can also define a space with a plane parallel to the main plane of the shaped body as the floor, which likewise represents the mixing chamber for swirling gas and air together with the cover of the burner.
According to the present invention, the one formed in the area of the burner Shaped body, in particular made of glass ceramic in its upper, the burner cover facing edge area openings or slots, or both have as burner channels.
Gesamteindruck weiter verbessert. The openings required for the gas passage can advantageously also be in the form of bores and slots in a separate intermediate ring which is arranged between the burner cover and the molded body. The intermediate ring consists in particular of metal or ceramic.
The burner cap can be designed according to the invention so that it forms the pot support at the same time.
According to the present invention, it is also particularly advantageous to form the burner cover in particular from glass ceramic, which results in an increase in ease of cleaning and also further improves the overall aesthetic impression.
According to the present invention, open gas atmospheres can be used as gas burners Burners, but also gas radiation burners, especially with burner mats based on ceramic, non-oxide fiber materials and / or mixed forms of burners can be integrated into the glass ceramic molded body.
Insofar as an integration of the thermocouple monitoring and the spark plug for the automatic ignition in the round symmetrical structure of the burner cannot be achieved for functional reasons, a separate configuration, in particular of the glass ceramic, is also provided for accommodating these additional elements according to the invention, i.e. spark plugs and thermocouples are also in integrated the molded body molded in the area of the burner.
It is particularly advantageous according to the present invention if the shaped body deviates from its main plane in the wider surrounding area of the burner with the formation of closed circular truncated cones, spherical segments and / or circular cones, of closed prisms, tetrahedra, pyramids and / or their trunks, and thus forms pan supports , which are also formed from the plate itself.
Embodiments of the invention are described below with reference to the drawings 1 - 5 explained in more detail.
In beiden Fällen
noch weiter unterstützt.FIG. 1 shows the cross section through an atmospheric gas burner 1, in which the glass ceramic 2 is part of the burner 1.

Vorzugsweise sollte
aber auch hier wieder Glaskeramik zum Einsatz kommen.FIG. 2 shows a burner design that is comparable to FIG. 1

In diesem
Figure 3 shows a further embodiment in which essentially the
Figure 4 is comparable to the embodiment of Figure 3, but is in

Figure 5 shows the integration of a thermocouple for temperature monitoring
