Definitions
- the invention reports a group of chemical products which are for the Cleaning objects made of metal, wood, plastic etc. as well as masonry, doors, Wall and floor tiles etc. and therefore due to their modular structure both for universal can also be used for special cleaning tasks.
- Such a cleaner for dishes, glasses, Tiles and objects made of plastic in the patent specification RO 109753 consisting of: 10 - 30% sodium or potassium salt of the monoester of sulfosuccinic acid with alkyl polyglycol ether or alkylphenol polyglycol ether, 2-8% sodium, potassium, diethanolamine or triethanolamine salt the monoester of maleic acid with alkyl polyglycol ether or alkylphenol polyglycol ethers, 2-6% polyethylene fumarate or polydiethylene fumarate, 2-6% non-ionic surfactant Nonylphenol polyethoxylate or alcohol polyethoxylate type, 3 - 6% Urea, 3 - 15% triphosphate, 1 - 4% citric acid or tartronic acid, 2 - 6% ethyl alcohol or isopropyl alcohol, 0.1 - 0.8 formaldehyde, 1 - 3% sodium tetraborate, 0.5 - 2% perfume and demineral
- a similar solution for cleaning and degreasing metals contains 1-10% by weight.
- Another liquid product for cleaning dishes and hard surfaces contains fatty alcohol (C10-C14) ethoxylate with 2-4 moles of ethylene oxide and the corresponding sulfates, sodium or potassium alkylbenzenesulfonate, nonylphenol ethoxylate with 8-12 moles of ethylene oxide, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, coconut fatty acid diethanolamide, sodium triphosphate, Ethylene diaminotetraacetic acid, perfume, dye and water (patent specification RO 106582).
- the known products have a specific determination with regard to the use or the materials for cleaning, they are not intended for universal use. The majority contain substances that have an undesirable effect on the environment.
- the problem solved by the invention is through a new composition of Detergents and fixed proportions between the components, their number and thus at the same time to reduce the pollution of the environment with harmful substances.
- the products according to the invention generally consist of at least 96% from an anion module, a nonionic module and a solubilizer module, where the anion module 5-15% by weight of alkyl, preferably C12, benzenesulfonate dissolved in water contains, the non-ionic module 10-20% by weight of fatty alcohol ethoxylate, 5-10% by weight of fatty alcohol alkoxylate, Contains 0-0.2% by weight of complexing agent dissolved in demineralized water Solubilizer module 45-100% by weight dipropylene glycol and 0-55% diethanolamine or Triethanolamine contains, the remaining composition to 100 wt Application specific substances, such as anti-corrosive and / or fragrance supplements.
- the anion module 5-15% by weight of alkyl, preferably C12, benzenesulfonate dissolved in water contains, the non-ionic module 10-20% by weight of fatty alcohol ethoxylate, 5-10% by weight of fatty alcohol alkoxylate, Contains
- the universal cleaners consist of 26 - 27.5% by weight of anion module and 60% by weight non-ionic module, 10% by weight from solubilizer module, 2.5 - 4% by weight from fragrance and the rest to 100% by weight of water, preferably demineralized.
- the metal surface cleaners consist of 27 - 35% by weight of anion module, 55 - 63 % By weight from nonionic module, to -9.8 - 9.95% by weight from solubilizer module, to 0.05 - 0.2% by weight of anti-corrosive and the rest to 100% by weight of water, preferably demineralized.
- the cleaners for plastic surfaces each consist of 10% by weight of anion module, nonionic module and solubilizer module as well as 0.4 - 1% by weight of fragrance and the rest to 100% by weight of water, preferably demineralized.
- the cleaners for jewelry and jewels each consist of 10% by weight of anion module, non-ionic module and solubilizer module and 0.02% by weight of anti-corrosive and to 0.4-1% by weight of perfume and the rest to 100% by weight of water, preferably demineralized.
- Example 1 Alkyl (C12) benzenesulfonate is 5-15% by weight in demineralized water dissolved at 30 - 40 ° C until the solution appears clear. This solution results in the anion module.
- 0-0.2% by weight of complexing agents are preferred in demineralized water Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA), o- (carboxymethyl) malic acid or poly (tetramethylene-1,2-dicarboxylic acid), 10-20% by weight of fatty alcohol ethoxylate preferably C10 with 5 mol ethylene oxide or 3-7 mol ethylene oxide, 5-10% by weight fatty alcohol alkoxylate with 10 -18 C and preferably 2 mol of ethylene oxide, 2 mol of propylene oxide and 1 mol Butylene oxide dissolved.
- EDTA Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid
- NTA nitrilotriacetic acid
- the remaining 100% by weight is demineralized water.
- the solution is stirred until it appears clear.
- the non-ionic module provides this solution 1-55% by weight of diethanolamine or triethanolamine are in 99-45% by weight of dipropylene glycol stirred in until a clear solution is obtained.
- the solubilizer module provides this solution represents, but can also consist of 100% by weight exclusively of dipropylene glycol.
- Example 2 Anion module, nonionic module and solubilizer module are produced as described in Example 1. 27-35% by weight of anion module, 55-63% by weight of nonionic module, 9.8-9.95% by weight of solubilizer module and 0.05-0.2% by weight of an anti-corrosive are mixed and made up to 100% with demineralized water .% added.
- This concentrate is used to clean metallic surfaces (including aluminum). Thanks to the built-in corrosion inhibitor, the concentrate can also be used in warm (pH-neutral) metal baths. The preparation of the cleaning solution depends on the respective application.
- the cleaning solution is filled in and applied according to the instructions of the manufacturer of the high-pressure cleaner.
- the cleaning solution (cold cleaner) is applied to the surface to be cleaned. After the exposure time (depending on the degree of contamination) with the high-pressure cleaner solution (usually a concentration of 1:49 is sufficient), proceed according to the instructions of the manufacturer of the high-pressure cleaner (corresponding to the single-phase cleaning).
- Example 3 Anion module, nonionic module and solubilizer module are produced as described in Example 1. 10% by weight of anion module, nonionic module and solubilizer module are mixed with 0.4-1% by weight of fragrance oil and made up to 100% by weight with demineralized water.
- This special cleaning solution is used to remove dirt, oil and grease residues on polymer-coated housings of computers, monitors, printers and other peripheral devices in the IT industry.
- the cleaning solution is either sprayed onto the surface to be cleaned using a commercially available pump sprayer or applied to the surface to be cleaned using a cotton cloth moistened with the solution. Both methods should cover the area as completely as possible. After a short exposure time (usually and with normal soiling approx. 6 to 10 seconds), the surface is wiped dry with a dry cotton cloth in the second cleaning step. No further cleaning steps are required.
- Example 4 Anion module, nonionic module and solubilizer module are produced as described in Example 1. 10% by weight of anion module, nonionic module and solubilizer module are mixed with 0.02% by weight of anti-corrosive and 0.4-1% by weight of fragrance oil and made up to 100% by weight with demineralized water. This special cleaning solution is used to remove dirt and grease residues from jewelry, jewels and fashion jewelry. Also suitable for cleaning metal watch straps (for waterproof watches) and for use in ultrasonic baths (for jewelers). The jewelry to be cleaned is placed in the cleaning solution.
