- les figures 1 et 2, déjà analysées, illustrent deux types de télécommande de l'art antérieur ;
- la figure 3 illustre une télécommande conforme à un mode de mise en oeuvre possible pour l'invention ;
- la figure 4 illustre les différentes zones de télécommande définies autour d'un véhicule, pour une télécommande du type de celle illustrée sur la figure 3 ;
- la figure 5 est un synoptique illustrant un mode de réalisation possible pour le système de télécommande proposé par l'invention.
Claims (9)
- Procédé de télécommande radiofréquence à double portée pour véhicule automobile, caractérisé en ce que le signal émis présente un code fonction en au moins deux parties de niveaux de puissance différents, en ce qu'on compare à la réception les niveaux de puissance de ces différentes parties à au moins un seuil de définition de zone supérieur au seuil de réception, en ce qu'on commande le verrouillage/déverrouillage des portières si les niveaux de puissance de ces deux parties sont supérieurs à ce seuil de définition de zone et en ce qu'on commande au moins une fonction d'aide à la localisation du véhicule si les niveaux de puissance de ces deux parties sont inférieurs audit seuil de définition de zone tout en étant supérieurs au seuil de réception, et en ce que dans les autres cas le déverrouillage des portières et la ou les fonction(s) d'aide à la localisation du véhicule ne sont pas commandées.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le message porté par le signal émis comprend un code d'identification du véhicule et un code fonction de la commande de verrouillage/ déverrouillage des portières et en ce que le verrouillage/ déverrouillage des portières n'est commandé que lorsque ce code d'identification du véhicule et le code fonction sont vérifiés.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ce code d'identification est porté par celle des deux parties du message qui est émise avec la plus forte puissance.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le message porté par le signal émis comprend un code de la (ou des) fonctions d'aide à la localisation et en ce que cette (ou ces) fonction(s) n'est (ou ne sont) commandée(s) que lorsque ce code d'identification du véhicule et le code fonction sont vérifiés.
- Système de télécommande radiofréquence à double portée comportant un émetteur (1) à double portée et un récepteur (6) sur le véhicule automobile, caractérisé en ce que l'émetteur (1) comporte des moyens pour émettre un signal dont le message présente au moins deux parties de niveaux de puissance différents, en ce que le récepteur (6) comporte des moyens (10) pour comparer les niveaux de puissance de ces différentes parties à au moins un seuil de définition de zone supérieur au seuil de réception, des moyens (13) pour commander le verrouillage/déverrouillage des portières si les niveaux de puissance de ces deux parties sont supérieurs à ce seuil de définition de zone et pour commander au moins une fonction d'aide à la localisation du véhicule, et éventuellement la fonction verrouillage, si les niveaux de puissance de ces deux parties sont inférieurs audit seuil de définition de zone tout en étant supérieurs au seuil de réception, et en ce que dans les autres cas lesdits moyens ne commandent pas le déverrouillage des portières et la ou les fonction(s) d'aide à la localisation du véhicule.
- Système selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le récepteur (6) comporte des moyens (13) pour vérifier sur le message un code fonction de la commande du verrouillage/déverrouillage des portières et/ou un code de la (ou des) fonctions d'aide à la localisation.
- Système selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le récepteur (6) comporte des moyens (13) pour vérifier le code d'identification du véhicule et le code fonction de la commande du verrouillage/déverrouillage des portières, sur celle des deux parties du message qui est émise avec la plus forte puissance.
- Récepteur pour un système de télécommande selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le récepteur comporte des moyens pour comparer les niveaux de puissance de ces différentes parties à au moins un seuil de définition de zone supérieur au seuil de réception, des moyens pour commander le verrouillage/déverrouillage des portières si les niveaux de puissance de ces deux parties sont supérieurs à ce seuil de définition de zone et pour commander au moins une fonction d'aide à la localisation du véhicule si les niveaux de puissance de ces deux parties sont inférieurs audit seuil de définition de zone tout en étant supérieurs au seuil de réception, et en ce que dans les autres cas lesdits moyens ne commandent pas le déverrouillage des portières et la ou les fonction(s) d'aide à la localisation du véhicule.
- Véhicule automobile comportant un système de télécommande selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7.
