Abstract

Les commandes de fours et de cuisinières de cuisson sont traditionnellement des boutons rotatifs ou des commandes électroniques placées dans la surface extérieure de l'équipement. Selon l'invention, les commandes sont montées dans la poignée de la porte d'un four, par exemple en plaçant des commandes rotatives au niveau des extrémités d'une poignée en forme de tige ou par des actionneurs-poussoirs situés le long de la tige. Le contact électrique est assuré au moyen d'un câble passant dans les charnières ou par des connecteurs multipoints, lesquels ne sont actifs que lorsque la porte est fermée ce qui constitue des caractéristiques de sécurité supplémentaires. dans ce dernier cas, la totalité de la porte peut être retirée sans séparation du circuit électrique.
