Abstract
Der Wärmeaustauscher besitzt zahlreiche, von einem Kühlfluid durchströmten, etwa parallel zueinander verlaufende Wärmeaustauschrohre (2), die in einem von heißem Gas durchströmten Kanal (1) angeordnet sind. Jedes Wärmeaustauschrohr (2) ist mehrfach gewunden. Im Bereich ihrer Windungen sind die Wärmeaustauschrohre (2) ortsfest gehalten. Der Bereich der Wärmeaustauschrohre zwischen den Windungen steht mit einem Klopfrohr (8) in Berührung, wobei ruckartige Bewegungen des Klopfrohrs (8) Schwingungen in den Wärmeaustauschrohren (2) erzeugen. Das Klopfrohr (8) kann mit den Wärmeaustauschrohren (2) verbunden sein. The heat exchanger has numerous heat exchange tubes (2) through which a cooling fluid flows and which run approximately parallel to one another and which are arranged in a channel (1) through which hot gas flows. Each heat exchange tube (2) is wound several times. The heat exchange tubes (2) are held stationary in the area of their turns. The area of the heat exchange tubes between the turns is in contact with a knock tube (8), jerky movements of the knock tube (8) producing vibrations in the heat exchange tubes (2). The knock tube (8) can be connected to the heat exchange tubes (2).
