Abstract

The connector part has an end-sided connection face for a water tap. A water outlet bore extends from the connection face, and contains a ventilation unit (2) in the form of a multiport valve (20). The outflowing water impacts axially on the valve. The valve has two ring-shaped seats (201,202) and a valve closure member (21) movable between the seats. Water outlet is radial between the valve seats. The end section of the bore behind the downstream valve seat is connected to the atmosphere. The bore is a horizontal dead end bore, and its end cuts across a transverse bore. This forms the connection to the atmosphere. The bore also contains a water drip discharge channel.
