Die Lage einer aktiven Transportvorrichtung, die die vereinzelten Blätter von einem Bodenbereich des Zwischenfaches abzieht, muß bei dem bekannten Blattstapelanleger in Abhängigkeit von dem Format der Blätter eingestellt werden. Mit anderen Worten muß bei dem bekannten Blattstapelvoranleger die Transportvorrichtung bei kürzer werdenden Formaten der Blätter in Förderrichtung nachgestellt werden. characterized bya guide means (13) arranged in said intermediate tray (4) and used for guiding the sheets in said intermediate tray (4) at their sheet edges constituting the front sheet edges in the second direction of movement, said guide means being implemented as a transport and guide means (13) in such a way that it moves the sheet edges constituting the front sheet edges in the second direction of movement in the interior of said intermediate tray (4) to said sheet separator (6). - A stacked-sheet prefeeder according to claim 1, wherein the belt conveying means (11) includes a second belt conveying section (13) which extends from said scale former (5) to the sheet separator (6) in the interior of said intermediate tray (4) and which defines the guide means for guiding the sheet edges of the sheets constituting the front sheet edges in the second direction of movement.
- A stacked-sheet prefeeder according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the intermediate tray (4) is arranged such that it slopes downwards in the direction of the second direction of movement.
- A stacked-sheet prefeeder according to one of the claims 1 to 3, comprising a friction belt means (20 - 24) extending along the bottom area (18) of the intermediate tray (4) towards the sheet separator (6).
- A stacked-sheet prefeeder according to one of the claims 1 to 4, comprising a stop (19) which is arranged such that it is movable substantially parallel to the bottom of said intermediate tray (4).
