Abstract

Eine bewegbare Haltevorrichtung für einen Gargutträger in einem Backofen, mit der der Gargutträger aus der Backofenmuffel herausgezogen und in diese zurückgeschoben werden kann, soll hinsichtlich ihrer Gebrauchseigenschaften verbessert werden. Dafür weist die Haltevorrichtung (8) mindestens ein Parallelogrammgestänge (10,11, 16,17) mit einem gegenüber der Backofenmuffel (1) ortsfest orientierten Schenkel (11), in Gelenkpunkten (12,13,14,15) angelenkten Schwenkhebeln (16,17) und einem bewegbaren Halteschenkel (10) eines Tragestücks (9) des Gargutträgers (24) auf. Der Gelenkpunkt (14) des hinteren Schwenkhebels (16) ist etwa im mittleren Drittel der Längsdimension des ortsfest orientierten Schenkels (11) derart angeordnet, daß die Haltevorrichtung (8) sowohl in der ausgezogenen Stellung als auch in der eingeschobenen Stellung jeweils eine definierte Endlage einnimmt und der Gargutträger in der ausgezogenen Stellung aus der Backofenmuffel hervorsteht. Ferner weist der ortsfest orientierte Schenkel (11) ein rückwärtiges Befestigungsende (30) auf, mit dem die Haltevorrichtung (8) an einer rückwärtigen Backofenwand (3) formschlüssig und abnehmbar befestigt wird.
