Zu diesem Zweck ist die Ringscheibe 1 9 an einem Zwischenring 23 befestigt, der an seiner Außenseite 24 eine Verzahnung aufweist und der mit zwei Zahnrädern 25, 26 im Verzahnungseingriff steht. Die Zahnräder 25, 26 sitzen jeweils auf einem Achsstummel 27, der über Wälzlager 28 in einer Bohrung 29 des Traghebels 12 drehbar gelagert ist. Entsprechend den Zahnrädern 25, 26 sitzen auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Tragarms 2 auf dem Achsstummel 27 Antriebszahnräder 31 , über welche sowie nicht dargestellte Zahnriemen oder der¬ gleichen und eine gleichfalls nicht dargestellte Verbindungswelle ein synchroner Antrieb der beiden verdrehbaren Ringscheiben 19 gewährleistet wird. Ausgehend von der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Anordnung wird, sobald die Wickelrolle 4 ihren gewünschten Umfang erreicht hat, diese in die in Fig. 2 gezeigte Lage ver¬ schwenkt. Bei dieser Bewegung gelangt die vorher vorbereitete Wickelwelle 10 mit den darauf sitzenden Wickelhülsen 5 in die gleichfalls in Fig. 2 gezeigte Stellung. Die Warenbahn 1 erstreckt sich somit von den Wickelhülsen 5 bis zur Wickelrolle 4. Vorher ist die Kontaktwalze 3 über ihren Schwenkarm 3' bis auf die Wickelhülsen 5 verschwenkt worden, so daß zwischen diesen die Warenbahn einwandfrei geführt und eingeklemmt wird. Wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich, wird nun der gestrichelt dargestell- te Tragarm 1 2 soweit nach oben verschwenkt, daß die Schwenkmechanismen 14 die Wickelwelle 10 von unten her umgreifen können, und zwar außerhalb der eigentli¬ chen Arbeitsbreite, so daß die Warenbahn nach wie vor von den auf der Wickelachse sitzenden Wickelhülsen zu der Wickelrolle 4 verläuft. In dieser Stellung liegen die Andrückrollen 18 unter leichten Druck an der um die Wickelhülse 5 herumgeführten Warenbahn an, so wie das deutlicher in Fig. 9 gezeigt ist. Entsprechend Fig. 4 werden nun die Traghebel 8 des Quertrennsystems 7 zangen¬ artig aufeinander zubewegt, so daß durch die daran sitzenden Schneidmesser 9 die Warenbahn durchtrennt wird. Der Abstand zwischen den Andrückrollen 18 bis zu den Schneidmessern 9 entspricht in etwa dem Restumfang von der anfänglichen Berüh- rungsstelle der Andrückrollen 18 an der Wickelhülse bis zu der Kontaktstelle zwi¬ schen der Kontaktwalze 3 und der Wickelhülse 5. Nach dem Durchtrennen der Warenbahn wird durch den oben beschriebenen Verschwenkmechanismus 14 über die drehbare Ringscheibe 19 sowie den Hebel 22 die Verbindungsstange 16 auf einem konzentrischen Kreis 20 bewegt, so wie das aus Fig. 9 ersichtlich ist und zwar solange und so weit, bis die Andrückrollen 18 kurz vor Erreichen der Kontaktstelle zwischen der Andrückwalze 3 und der Wickelhülse 5 zum Stehen kommen. Durch diese Schwenkbewegung der Verbindungsstange 16 und der Andrückelemente wird der Warenbahnanfang einwandfrei und ohne Falten sowie ohne Verwendung von Klebstoff sicher um die Wickelhülse 5 herumgelegt. Die Endstellung der Verbin- dungsstange 16 und der daran befestigten Andrückrollen 18 ist in Fig. 10 mit ausgezogenen Linien dargestellt. Nach dem Anwickeln von einigen Windungen der Warenbahn wird über den Verschwenkmechanismus 14 die Ringscheibe 19 so verdreht, daß der Verschwenkmechanismus von der Wickelwelle wieder frei kommt, so daß dann über den Tragarm 1 2 der-Anlegemechanismus wieder in seine in Fig. 6 bzw. 1 dargestellte Ausgangslage zurückverschwenkt werden kann. Das gleiche gilt sinngemäß auch für das Quertrennsystem 7.
