- the auxiliary tool is operated a second time, to move further the two ends of the ring towards each other, so as to cause a simultaneous lowering of the load on the screw.
- the bolt can be tightened again until reaching again a given load, and this alternated operation of the auxiliary tool and the bolt can be repeated again a number of times until reaching the desired clamping of the ring. In this manner, a very strong clamping of the ring can be obtained, while the bolt is never subjected to a stress greater than an admissible predetermined value.

Claims (6)
- Méthode d'assemblage d'une bague d'accouplement divisée en deux (6) sur deux brides périphériques juxtaposées (2a, 3a) de deux éléments (2, 3) constituant le tuyau (1) d'une machine à laver le linge, ladite bague (6) étant constituée d'un profilé creux, plié dans un anneau, réalisé en métal, ayant deux ailettes latérales (7) et une paroi inférieure centrale (8) qui définissent une section transversale substantiellement en forme de C, avec ses cavités tournées en direction des axes de la bague (6) ; ledit profilé creux (6) étant formé de passages respectifs (10) pour l'introduction d'un boulon tangentiel de serrage (23, 24) à ses deux extrémités (9) adjacentes,
caractérisée par le fait qu'après que la bague (6) ait été placée sur lesdites brides (2a, 3a), et avant d'être montée à travers lesdits passages (10) réalisés dans les deux extrémités adjacentes (9) de la bague (6), les deux extrémités (9) de la bague (6) sont déplacées l'une en direction de l'autre en introduisant un outil auxiliaire (11, 12, 18) pour ce, jusqu'à atteindre une condition déformée de la bague (6), ledit boulon étant ensuite seulement monté à travers lesdits passages (10) et serré afin d'éviter que lesdites extrémités (9) ne s'éloignent l'une de l'autre. - Méthode selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que ledit outil auxiliaire comprend une paire de griffes (11, 12) pouvant être déplacées entre une condition d'ouverture et une condition de fermeture par un vérin hydraulique (18), adapté pour engager les extrémités respectives (9) de la bague d'accouplement (6) de façon à pousser ces extrémités l'une vers l'autre.
- Méthode selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que lesdites griffes (11, 12) sont munies d'un dispositif de chargement et de guidage automatique de la vis (23) et du boulon (24) constituant ledit boulon de serrage.
- Méthode selon l'une des revendications susmentionnées, caractérisée par le fait que la bague d'accouplement (6) est de type comprenant des parties finales déportées (9) radialement déformées vers l'extérieur par rapport aux parties adjacentes de la bague d'accouplement (6) et ayant des passages (10) pour pouvoir introduire le boulon de serrage.
- Méthode selon la revendication 1, où ledit outil auxiliaire n'est utilisé qu'une seule fois, après quoi le boulon de serrage (23, 24) est serré.
- Méthode selon la revendication 1, où ledit outil auxiliaire (11, 12, 18) et le boulon de serrage (23, 24) sont utilisés alternativement jusqu'au vissage complet de la bague.
