Abstract

Ein Verfahren zur berührungslosen Energie- und Signalübertragung an Textilmaschinen, insbesondere Zwirnmaschinen und eine Einrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens. Die Energie- und Signalübertragung erfolgt von einem ersten stationären Bauteil (2) über einen Luftspalt (9), durch den eine Fadenballon bewegt wird, zu einem zweiten stationären Bauteil (8.3), beispielsweise vom Maschinengestell einer Zwirnmaschine in den vom Fadenballon umschlossenen Innenraum einer Zwirnspindel. Es wird ein Wechselspannungssignal als Trägersignal über einen Transformator (6) übertragen, dessen Primärteil (6.1) am ersten Bauteil (2) und dessen Sekundärteil (6.2) am zweiten Bauteil (8.3) angeordnet ist. Der Luftspalt (9) ist zwischen Primärteil (6.1) und Sekundärteil (6.2) hindurchgeführt. Der Transformator (6) weist nur ein Wicklungspaar auf, über das Energie mittels des Trägersignals und zusätzlich Signale übertragen werden. Hierzu werden dem Trägersignal die zu übertragenden Signale als Frequenzmodulation derart aufgeprägt, daß das Trägersignal zwischen zwei einen festen vorgegebenen Abstand aufweisenden Frequenzwerten springt und Frequenzsprünge sekundärseitig als bitserielle Signale ausgewertet werden, aus denen Steuersignale erzeugt werden. Der Transformator (6) ist derart ausgebildet, daß die gegenüberliegenden Stirnflächen an die Kontur des Luftspalts (9) angepaßt sind.

The energy and signal transmission takes place from a first stationary component (2) via an air gap (9) through which a thread balloon is moved, to a second stationary component (8.3), for example from the machine frame of a twisting machine into the interior of a thread spindle enclosed by the thread balloon . An alternating voltage signal is transmitted as a carrier signal via a transformer (6), the primary part (6.1) of which is arranged on the first component (2) and the secondary part (6.2) of which is arranged on the second component (8.3). The air gap (9) is passed between the primary part (6.1) and the secondary part (6.2). The transformer (6) has only one pair of windings via which energy is transmitted by means of the carrier signal and additional signals. For this purpose, the signals to be transmitted are impressed on the carrier signal as frequency modulation in such a way that the carrier signal jumps between two frequency values which have a fixed predetermined distance and frequency jumps are evaluated on the secondary side as bit-serial signals from which control signals are generated. The transformer (6) is designed such that the opposite end faces are adapted to the contour of the air gap (9).
