Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition intumescente non halogénée, comprenant un ingrédient support et un ingrédient intumescent. Cette composition peut être transformée en plusieurs bandes allongées (par exemple par extrusion), destinées à être utilisées en tant que joints étanches au feu. La bande intumescente peut éventuellement être placée à l'intérieur d'une protection, cette protection constituant un boîtier pour ladite bande ou étant incorporée à celle-ci.
