Abstract
Description
- le verrou secondaire comporte au moins une paroi déformable, au moins une aile rigide articulée sur la paroi déformable, au moins une barre longitudinale articulée sur l'aile rigide et au moins un pion porté par la barre ;
- le verrou secondaire a deux positions stables, une position d'attente et une position de verrouillage, le passage de la position d'attente à la position de verrouillage s'effectuant avec effet avalant ;
- le verrou secondaire est constitué de deux parois latérales déformables portées par le boítier, de deux ailes rigides articulées chacune sur l'une desdites parois latérales déformables, d'une barre longitudinale disposée entre les deux ailes et articulée sur chacune d'entre elles, et d'au moins un pion porté par la barre et susceptible, en position de verrouillage, de s'insérer en arrière des contacts électriques;
- le pion est relié au boítier par des liens susceptibles d'être rompus par pression sur la barre lors du passage en position de verrouillage ;
- le pion porte un linguet élastiquement déformable, et portant un crochet susceptible de s'encliqueter sous un épaulement du boítier pour assurer une fonction de verrouillage de sécurité lorsque le verrou secondaire est en position de verrouillage ;
- le pion porte un talon de guidage coopérant avec une rainure du connecteur afin d'assurer le guidage du pion pendant son passage vers la position de verrouillage secondaire ;
- le passage de la position interdisant l'accouplement du connecteur à la position de verrouillage s'effectue par pression sur la barre et déformation par flexion des parois latérales ;
- le pion présente un profil susceptible de coopérer par concordance de forme avec un profil du boítier pour assurer une fonction de verrouillage de sécurité lorsque le verrou secondaire est en position de verrouillage ;
- le pion s'insère, en position de verrouillage, au niveau de la zone de transition des contacts électriques ;
- le verrou secondaire est porté par une face quelconque du boítier.

Claims (12)
- Connecteur à verrou secondaire intégré, constitué de deux parties destinées à être accouplées pour assurer une connexion électrique, comportant au moins un boítier isolant destiné à recevoir des contacts électriques portés par des câbles et maintenus dans le boítier par des moyens de verrouillage primaire, le verrou secondaire faisant partie intégrante dudit boítier, caractérisé en ce que le verrou secondaire est susceptible, lorsqu'il n'est pas en position de verrouillage, d'interdire l'accouplement du connecteur.
- Connecteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le verrou secondaire comporte au moins une paroi déformable (21), au moins une aile rigide (23) articulée sur la paroi déformable (21), au moins une barre longitudinale (25) articulée sur l'aile rigide (23) et au moins un pion (26) porté par la barre (25).
- Connecteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le verrou secondaire a deux positions stables, une position d'attente et une position de verrouillage, le passage de la position d'attente à la position de verrouillage s'effectuant avec effet avalant.
- Connecteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le verrou secondaire est constitué de deux parois latérales déformables (21, 22) portées par le boítier, de deux ailes rigides (23, 24) articulées chacune sur l'une desdites parois latérales déformables (21, 22), d'une barre longitudinale (25) disposée entre les deux ailes (23, 24) et articulée sur chacune d'entre elles, et d'au moins un pion (26) porté par la barre (25) et susceptible, en position de verrouillage, de s'insérer en arrière des contacts électriques (2, 3).
- Connecteur selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le pion (26) est relié au boítier par des liens (37, 38) susceptibles d'être rompus par pression sur la barre (25) lors du passage en position de verrouillage.
- Connecteur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le pion (26) porte un linguet (32) élastiquement déformable, et portant un crochet (33) susceptible de s'encliqueter, sous un épaulement (34) du boítier pour assurer une fonction de verrouillage de sécurité lorsque le verrou secondaire est en position de verrouillage.
- Connecteur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le pion (26) porte un talon de guidage (27) coopérant avec une rainure (28) du connecteur afin d'assurer le guidage du pion (26) pendant son passage vers la position de verrouillage secondaire.
- Connecteur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le passage de la position interdisant l'accouplement du connecteur à la position de verrouillage s'effectue par pression sur la barre (25) et déformation par flexion des parois latérales (21, 22).
- Connecteur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le pion (26) présente un profil susceptible de coopérer par concordance de forme avec un profil du boítier pour assurer une fonction de verrouillage de sécurité lorsque le verrou secondaire est en position de verrouillage.
- Connecteur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le pion (26) s'insère, en position de verrouillage, au niveau de la zone de transition (12, 13) des contacts électriques (2, 3).
- Connecteur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le verrou secondaire est porté par une face quelconque du boítier.
- Application du connecteur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, au cas des contacts électriques à clips, à languettes, à contacts mâles ou femelles de toute forme et de toute section.
