einem griffigen Gummibelag ausgestattete Nocken 81 gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn in Richtung zur Schneidklinge 62 geschwenkt,
wobei der Nocken 81 am Etikettenmaterial reibschlüssig
anliegt und es bei der Schwenkbewegung von der Flaschenwand
bereichsweise abhebt. Der zweite, an der gegenüberliegenden
Seite positionierte, ungesteuerte Nocken 80 verhindert
während dieser Schwenkbewegung des Nockens 81 ein Verdrehen
des Rundumetiketts um den Flaschenrumpf, so daß das Etikett
zwischen den Nocken 80 und 81 eine zur Schneidklinge 62

- A machine according to Claim 3, characterized in that each receiving pocket (61) and/or each holding component is associated with a specific cutting device (62), which can be moved perpendicular to the plane of rotation of the bottles within a circular segment of the bottles' circular path in the feed wheel (52).
- A machine according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the cutting means are knife blades (62), laser beams or high-pressure water jets.

- A machine according to one of Claims 3 to 10, characterized in that in each receiving pocket (61) of the feed wheel (52) a pair of removing cams (80, 81) is disposed so as to be mutually spaced apart and, during or following insertion of a bottle (1) into a receiving pocket, at least one of the two cams (81) can be swivelled in direction of the cutting means (62), preferably by means of a control lever (83), connected to the swivelling cam (81) in such a way as to be non-rotatable, and a control cam (84) which is disposed in a fixed manner on the circular path of the feed wheel (52).
- A machine according to one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the pitch circle of the feed wheel (52) is in contact with the pitch circle of a carousel (51), which is equipped with devices for removing the labels (2), preferably fluid-jet nozzles (91) which are oriented diagonally and substantially axially on to the edge of a label.
- A machine according to Claim 12, characterized in that the carousel (51) is equipped with holding elements disposed circumferentially over its pitch circle, preferably elastic holding clamps (90), for holding the bottle (1) at its top end and leaving the bottom end free.
