Since the pivoting axis A-A of the conveyor 29 is located upstream of the sealing and cutting jaws 33, 35, inclining the pack downwards allows all the residues found in the sealing and cutting area to slide away.
- the clamp 51 In order to keep the film F in the correct position in the area upstream of the position of the sealing jaws, the clamp 51 has been closed, causing the portions 51A, 51B to meet approximately on the path of advance of the packs being formed.
- the lower portion 51B therefore forms a support for the film F, preventing it from being pulled downwards in the area in which the belts 27 operate.
- the film is also held in place by the upper portion 51A of the clamp, even though, in theory, the lower support formed by the portion 51B should be sufficient.
- the machine then returns from the position shown in Fig. 4 to that shown in Fig. 5 (corresponding to that of Fig. 2) by closing the closing and cutting jaws 33, 35 and raising the conveyor 29, at which point the piston 7 can advance and push a new batch of product P2 towards the closed jaws 33, 35, the clamp 51 having been opened in the meantime.

Claims (9)
- Machine pour l'emballage d'un produit en vrac dans un sachet formé par soudure et découpe d'un film continu (F) comprenant :les moyens (5, 7) pour alimenter le matériau en vrac (P) ;les moyens d'alimentation (27) et les moyens de mise en forme (19) pour alimenter ledit film continu (F) à partir duquel les sachets (C0, C1, C2) sont formés :caractérisée en ce que :les premiers (27) et les seconds moyens (29) pour faire avancer les sachets formés le long d'un trajet approximativement horizontal ; etun élément de découpe et de soudure (33, 35) situé entre lesdits premiers (27) et lesdits seconds moyens d'avancement (29) ;lesdits seconds moyens d'avancement (29) peuvent être inclinés vers le bas par rapport au trajet de l'avancement des sachets formés, son mouvement descendant étant synchronisé avec le mouvement de l'élément de découpe et de soudure d'une telle façon que le sachet est temporairement incliné vers le bas avant que l'élément de découpe et de soudure commence à fonctionner.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un élément (51B) pour supporter le film (F) est positionné au-dessous du trajet de l'avancement ides sachets formés, entre lesdits premiers moyens d'avancement (27) et ledit élément de découpe et de soudure (33, 35).
- Machine selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément de support (51B) peut être déplacé vers le haut, vers le trajet d'avancement des sachets formés.
- Machine selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément de support (51B) est composé d'une pince (51) dotée de deux éléments (51A, 51B), le premier placé au-dessus et l'autre au-dessous du trajet d'avancement des sachets formés.
- Machine selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'au moment où ladite pince (51) se trouve en position fermée, les deux éléments qui la forment, serrent le film approximativement sur le trajet de l'avancement des sachets formés.
- Machine selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits seconds moyens d'avancement (29) sont composés d'un transporteur continu souple qui avance autour de deux cylindres (45, 47) portés par un élément mobile (43) qui tourne autour d'un axe approximativement horizontal (A-A) situé en amont du transporteur (29) par rapport à la direction de l'avancement des sachets formés.
- Procédé pour emballer un produit en vrac en sachets formés par soudure et découpe d'un film continu (F) comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à :caractérisé en ce que le sachet formé est temporairement incliné vers le bas avant la formation de ladite seconde ligne de soudure, de sorte qu'aucun résidu de produit ne s'écoule de la zone de soudure et de découpe sous l'effet de la gravité.réaliser un film tubulaire dans un film plat en joignant ses bords longitudinaux et en les soudant ensemble ;créer une première ligne de soudure transversale dans ledit film tubulaire (F) de sorte à fermer l'extrémité avant d'un premier sachet (C1) ;insérer une quantité prédéterminée dudit produit (P1) dans ledit premier sachet ;faire avancer ledit premier sachet (C1) le long d'un trajet approximativement horizontal ; etcréer une seconde ligne de soudure transversale dans ledit film de sorte à fermer l'extrémité arrière du sachet (C1) et couper le film de façon transversale de façon à séparer le premier sachet (C1) du film (F),
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un point (51B) pour supporter le film tubulaire est formé en amont de la zone dans laquelle ladite seconde ligne de soudure doit être formée, ledit point de support (51B) étant situé approximativement sur le trajet de l'avancement des sachets formés, ledit point de support étant rétracté dudit trajet pour permettre l'avancement des sachets formés.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le film tubulaire qui forme les sachets est serré au dit point de support.
