Claims (10)
- Verbundstoff, bestehend aus drei übereinander angeordneten Schichten, der eine äussere Schicht (2) aus Zierstoff, eine nachgiebige innere Schicht (4) und eine mittlere Schicht (3) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mittlere Schicht aus einem sich zumindest in zwei Richtungen erstreckenden Traggitter (3) besteht, das von gekreuzten, miteinander verbundenen, hochfesten Fäden (31, 32) gebildet wird, dessen Durchmesser grösser ist als die Dicke der gewebten äusseren Schicht (2), so dass der Stoff, auf dessen Seite, vorstehende Rippen (5) aufweist, dass der Zierstoff (2) durch die Maschen des Gitters (3) direkt mit der nachgiebigen inneren Schicht (4) verbunden ist, und dass der Zierstoff (2) ein abriebfester Stoff ist, wobei die innere Schicht (4) undurchlässig ist.
- Verbundstoff gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest gewisse Schussfäden (31, 32) des Gitters (3) schräg zu den Fäden (21, 22) des Stoffs der äusseren Schicht (2) angeordnet sind und polygonale Maschen (35) bilden, wobei die Fäden miteinander verbunden sind.
- Verbundstoff gemäss Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kettfäden (33, 34) aus Polyester und die Schussfäden (31, 32) aus Aramid bestehen.
- Verbundstoff gemäss Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser der drei Schussfäden (31, 32) zumindest dreimal grösser ist als der Durchmesser der Kettfäden (33, 34).
- Verbundstoff gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äussere Zierstoff (2) eine Struktur aus abriebsfesten Kettfäden (21) und Schussfäden (22), wie zum Beispiel Polyesterfäden, aufweist.
- Verbundstoff gemäss Ansprüchen 3 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schussfäden (31, 32) des Gitters (3) in bezug auf die Kettfäden (21) und/oder Schussfäden (22) des äusseren Stoffs (2) schräggestellt sind.
- Verbundstoff gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser der Fäden des Gitters (31, 32) mindestens fünfmal grösser ist als der Durchmesser der Fäden (21, 22) des äusseren Zierstoffes (2).
- Verbundstoff gemäss einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innere Schicht (4) mit der äusseren Schicht (2) mittels Verkleben, Beschichtung oder Mangeln durch die Maschen des Gitters (3) hindurch verbunden ist.
- Handgepäck, hergestellt aus einem Verbundstoff gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
- Kleidungsstück, hergestellt aus einem Verbundstoff gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
