Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Verpressen von fließfähigen Feststoffen, insbesondere pulverförmigen Feststoffen, mit formgebenden Preßwerkzeugen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die formgebenden Oberflächen der Preßwerkzeuge mit einer diamantähnlichen, amorphen Kohlenstoffschicht versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schichtdicke der amorphen Kohlenstoffschicht 1 bis 10 µm beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßwerkzeuge Tablettenstempel (1, 2, 3, 4) einer Tablettiermaschine sind.
- Tablettenstempel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch die Mantelfläche (6) des Stempels (3) mit der diamantähnlichen, amorphen Kohlenstoffschicht beschichtet ist.
- Tablettenstempel nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich der Stempelkopf (1) und gegebenenfalls auch der Stempelschaft (2) mit der diamantähnlichen, amorphen Kohlenstoffschicht vergütet sind.
