Claims (46)

  1. Procédé pour filer et pour enrouler une pluralité de fils sans fin (12) de matières plastiques synthétiques hautement polymères, dans lequel les fils (12) sont filés dans une zone de filage et sont enroulés en même temps dans une zone d'enroulement en bobines (18) qui sont toutes supportées l'une derrière l'autre en alignement sur une broche de bobinage (17) entraínée et dans lequel les fils reçoivent un traitement de tension de fil par des dispositifs d'alimentation (13) avant d'entrer dans la zone d'enroulement, les dispositifs d'alimentation (13) étant formés par des galets (35, 36 ; 42, 43) entraínés ou non entraínés qui sont enlacés partiellement par le fil (12), caractérisé en ce que pour le traitement de tension de fil chacun des fils (12) est guidé par un dispositif d'alimentation (13) séparé d'une pluralité de dispositifs d'alimentation (13) agencés parallèlement, les dispositifs d'alimentation (13) étant agencés respectivement dans le trajet de fil du fil devant être traité, de sorte qu'en entrant dans la zone d'enroulement chacun des fils (12) présente une force de tension de fil déterminée par le dispositif d'alimentation (13) associé au fil.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'en entrant dans la zone d'enroulement les fils (12) ont une force de tension de fil sensiblement égale.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'avant le traitement de tension de fil les fils (12) sont étirés dans une zone d'étirage.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'enlacement de fil sur les galets (35, 36 ; 42, 43) peut être ajusté par la modification de la position relative des galets par rapport au trajet de fil.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chacun des dispositifs d'alimentation (13) est formé par deux galets de transports entraínés ou non entraínés qui sont enlacés en forme de S ou en forme de Z par le fil (12), dans quel cas l'enlacement de fil sur les galets peut être ajusté par la modification de la position relative d'au moins un galet par rapport au trajet de fil.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la force de tension de fil dans le trajet de fil est plus faible en amont du dispositif d'àlimentation (13) respectif que la force de tension de fil dans le trajet de fil en aval du dispositif d'alimentation (13).
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la force de tension de fil est mesurée dans le trajet de fil en amont du dispositif d'alimentation (13) respectif et que le dispositif d'alimentation (13) peut être commandé ou réglé en fonction de la force de tension de fil actuelle en amont du dispositif d'alimentation (13).
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la force de tension de fil est mesurée dans le trajet de fil en aval du dispositif d'alimentation (13) respectif et que le dispositif d'alimentation (13) peut être commandé ou réglé en fonction de la force de tension de fil actuelle en aval du dispositif d'alimentation (13).
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'ajustement de la force de tension de fil sur un dispositif d'alimentation (13) est effectué en fonction de la différence entre une force de tension de fil de référence et la force de tension de fil actuelle dans le trajet de fil en amont ou en aval du dispositif d'alimentation (13).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la force de tension de fil de référence est déterminée par la force de tension de fil d'un fil (12) choisi, notamment d'un des fils moyens.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la force de tension de référence est déterminée par une valeur prédéterminée.
  12. Dispositif de filature pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11 avec un dispositif d'enroulement, dans quel cas les fils reçoivent un traitement de tension de fil par des dispositifs d'alimentation (13) avant d'entrer dans une zone d'enroulement, les dispositifs d'alimentation (13) sont formés par des galets (35, 36 ; 42, 43) entraínés ou non entraínés qui sont enlacés partiellement par le fil (12), dans quel cas le dispositif d'enroulement présente en outre une pluralité de postes d'enroulement (41) et après le filage et après le traitement de tension de fil il enroule les fils (12) en bobines (18) respectivement dans un des postes d'enroulement (41), dans quel cas les fils (12) arrivent parallèlement dans un plan de trajet de fil dans le dispositif d'enroulement et les bobines (18) sont supportées l'une derrière l'autre en alignement sur une broche de bobinage (17) entraínée, caractérisé en ce que pour le traitement de tension de fil chacun des fils (12) est guidé par un dispositif d'alimentation (13) séparé d'une pluralité de dispositifs d'alimentation (13) agencés parallèlement, les dispositifs d'alimentation (13) étant agencés respectivement dans le trajet de fil du fil devant être traité en amont du poste d'enroulement (41), dans quel cas en arrivant dans la zone d'enroulement chacun des fils (12) a une force de tension de fil déterminée par le dispositif d'alimentation (13) associé au fil.
  13. Dispositif de filature selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs d'alimentation (13) sont agencés respectivement dans le trajet du fil en amont d'un guide-fil de tête (14) du dispositif d'enroulement.
  14. Dispositif de filature selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs d'alimentation (13) sont reliés solidement au bâti de machine (20) du dispositif d'enroulement.
  15. Dispositif de filature selon la revendication 12, 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que chacun des dispositifs d'alimentation (13) a deux galets de transport (42, 43) entraínés et en ce que les deux galets de transport (42, 43) sont agencés l'un par rapport à l'autre de telle manière dans le trajet de fil qu'ils sont enlacés partiellement par le fil (12).
  16. Dispositif de filature selon la revendication 12, 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que chacun des dispositifs d'alimentation (13) a trois galets de transport (42, 43, 53) entraínés et en ce que les galets de transport (42, 43, 53) sont agencés l'un par rapport à l'autre de telle manière dans le trajet de fil qu'ils sont enlacés partiellement par le fil (12).
  17. Dispositif de filature selon la revendication 15 ou 16, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des galets (53) d'un dispositif d'alimentation (13) peut être pivoté dans le trajet du fil ou pivoté hors de celui-ci.
  18. Dispositif de filature selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que les galets de dispositifs d'alimentation adjacents (13.1, 13.2) peuvent être pivotés conjointement.
  19. Dispositif de filature selon l'une des revendications 15 à 18, caractérisé en ce que les galets (42, 43, 53) d'un dispositif d'alimentation (13) sont agencés l'un par rapport à l'autre de telle manière que chacun des galets (42, 43, 53) n'est enlacé partiellement par le fil (12) qu'en état pivoté.
  20. Dispositif de filature selon l'une des revendications 15 à 19, caractérisé en ce que les galets (42, 43, 53) ont une obliquité d'application (57) en direction axiale sur une extrémité libre sur la périphérie.
  21. Dispositif de filature selon l'une des revendications 15 à 20, caractérisé en ce que les galets (42, 43) d'un dispositif d'alimentation (13) peuvent être entraínés indépendamment l'un de l'autre.
  22. Dispositif de filature selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que les galets (42, 43)sont entraínés au moyen de moteurs individuels (49, 50).
  23. Dispositif de filature selon l'une des revendications 15 à 21, caractérisé en ce que les galets (42, 43, 53) de dispositifs d'alimentation adjacents (13.1, 13.2) peuvent être entraínés par un entraínement par groupe (62).
  24. Dispositif de filature selon l'une des revendications 12 à 23, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs d'alimentation (13) sont reliés à un appareil de commande (39) qui commande l'enroulement des fils (12) dans les postes d'enroulement.
  25. Dispositif de filature selon l'une des revendications 12 à 24, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs d'alimentation (13) sont reliés à un appareil de commande (39) auquel on fournit le signal d'un capteur de force de tension de fil (31) agencé dans le trajet de fil.
  26. Dispositif de filature selon l'une des revendications 12 à 25, caractérisé en ce que chacun des dispositifs d'alimentation (13) est relié à un dispositif de commande (32) respectif auquel on fournit le signal d'un capteur de force de tension de fil (31) agencé dans le trajet de fil.
  27. Dispositif de filature selon les revendications 25 ou 26, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de force de tension de fil (31) est agencé entre le poste d'enroulement (41) et le dispositif d'alimentation (13).
  28. Dispositif de filature selon l'une des revendications 25 ou 26, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de force de tension de fil (31) est agencé dans le trajet de fil en amont du dispositif d'alimentation (13).
  29. Dispositif de filature selon l'une des revendications 12 à 28, caractérisé en ce que chacun des dispositifs d'alimentation (13) a un dispositif d'ensimage (6) agencé dans le trajet de fil.
  30. Dispositif d'enroulement pour enrouler une multiplicité de fils (12) fraíchement filés et étirés, avec une pluralité de postes d'enroulement dans lesquels les fils sont enroulés respectivement en une bobine, dans le cas duquel les fils (12) sont filés dans une zone de filage et sont enroulés en même temps dans une zone d'enroulement en bobines (18) qui sont toutes supportées l'une derrière l'autre en alignement sur une broche de bobinage (17) entraínée et dans le cas duquel les fils reçoivent un traitement de tension de fil par des dispositifs d'alimentation (13) avant d'entrer dans la zone d'enroulement, les dispositifs d'alimentation (13) étant formés par des galets (35, 36 ; 42, 43) entraínés ou non entraínés qui sont enlacés partiellement par le fil (12), caractérisé en ce que dans le trajet de fil de chaque fil (12) un dispositif d'alimentation séparé (13) d'une pluralité de dispositifs d'alimentation (13) est agencé en amont de chaque poste d'enroulement (41), les dispositifs d'alimentation (13) étant agencés respectivement dans le trajet de fil du fil devant être traité, de sorte qu'en entrant dans la zone d'enroulement chacun des fils (12) a une force de tension de fil déterminée par le dispositif d'alimentation (13) associé au fil.
  31. Dispositif d'enroulement selon la revendication 30, caractérisé en ce que chacun des dispositifs d'alimentation (13) a deux galets de transport (42, 43) entraínés et en ce que les deux galets de transport (42, 43) sont agencés l'un par rapport à l'autre de telle manière dans le trajet de fil qu'il sont enlacés partiellement par le fil (12).
  32. Dispositif d'enroulement selon la revendication 30, caractérisé en ce que chacun des dispositifs d'alimentation (13) a trois galets de transport (42, 43, 53) et en ce que les galets de transport (42, 43, 53) sont agencés l'un par rapport à l'autre de telle manière dans le trajet de fil qu'ils sont enlacés partiellement par le fil (12).
  33. Dispositif d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications 30 à 32, caractérisé en ce que l'enlacement du fil sur les galets (35, 36 ; 42, 43) peut être ajusté par la modification de la position relative des galets par rapport au trajet de fil.
  34. Dispositif d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications 31 à 33, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des galets (53) d'un dispositif d'alimentation (13) peut être pivoté dans le trajet de fil ou pivoté hors du trajet de fil.
  35. Dispositif d'enroulement selon la revendication 34, caractérisé en ce que les galets de dispositifs d'alimentation adjacents (13.1, 13.2) peuvent être pivotés conjointement.
  36. Dispositif d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications 30 à 35, caractérisé en ce que les galets (42, 43, 53) d'un dispositif d'alimentation (13) sont agencés l'un par rapport à l'autre de telle manière que chacun des galets (42, 43, 53) n'est enlacé partiellement par le fil (12) qu'en état pivoté.
  37. Dispositif d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications 30 à 36, caractérisé en ce que les galets (42, 43, 53) ont une obliquité d'application (57) en direction axiale sur une extrémité libre sur la périphérie.
  38. Dispositif d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications 30 à 37, caractérisé en ce que les galets (42, 43) d'un dispositif d'alimentation (13) peuvent être entraínés indépendamment l'un de l'autre.
  39. Dispositif d'enroulement selon la revendication 38, caractérisé en ce que les galets (42, 43) sont entraínés au moyen de moteurs individuels (49, 50).
  40. Dispositif d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications 30 à 38, caractérisé en ce que les galets (42, 43, 53) de dispositifs d'alimentation adjacents (13.1, 13.2) peuvent être entraínés par un entraínement par groupe (62).
  41. Dispositif d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications 30 à 40, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs d'alimentation (13) sont reliés à un appareil de commande (39) qui commande l'enroulement des fils dans les postes d'enroulement.
  42. Dispositif d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications 30 à 41, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs d'alimentation (13) sont reliés à un appareil de commande (39) auquel on fournit le signal d'un capteur de force de tension de fil (31) agencé dans le trajet de fil.
  43. Dispositif d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications 30 à 42, caractérisé en ce que chacun des dispositifs d'alimentation (13) est relié à un dispositif de commande (32) respectif auquel on fournit le signal d'un capteur de force de tension de fil (31) agencé dans le trajet de fil.
  44. Dispositif d'enroulement selon les revendications 42 ou 43, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de force de tension de fil (31) est agencé entre le poste d'enroulement (41) et le dispositif d'alimentation (13).
  45. Dispositif d'enroulement selon l'une des revendication 42 ou 43, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de force de tension de fil (31) est agencé dans le trajet de fil en amont du dispositif d'alimentation (13).
  46. Dispositif d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications 30 à 45, caractérisé en ce que chacun des dispositifs d'alimentation (13) a un dispositif d'ensimage (6) agencé dans le trajet de fil.
