Abstract

The present invention provides a liquid atomizing nozzle for atomizing liquid material being highly viscous or containing bulky solid materials, comprising a liquid supplying pipe (1), a cylindrical chamber (2) for whirling of air being connected at one end with the liquid supplying pipe (1), having an inside diameter larger than that of the liquid supplying piper (1), and being provided with one or more through holes (3) for passing through pressurized air tangentially, an orifice (4) at the top of the cylindrical chamber (2) with a circular opening (5) being smaller than the inside diameter of the cylindrical chamber (2), and an external cylinder (6) covering the cylindrical chamber (2) and at least partly the liquid supplying pipe (1) and being provided with a pressurized air supplying pipe (7).
