Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Unterputz-Einbaukasten für
Sanitärarmaturen, insbesondere zur Verwendung bei Vorwandsystemen
im sanitären Trockenausbau, mit
Erfindungsgemäß wird also der Spalt zwischen Zugangsfenster der Einbauwand und Einbaukasten durch eine elastische Manschette dicht verschlossen, die mit einem Dichtungsbereich verschiebbar an der Außenfläche des Einbaukastens anliegt. Die Anlageposition dieses Dichtbereiches an dem Einbaukasten hängt dabei von der Einbautiefe des Einbaukastens und daher im allgemeinen von der Dicke der Einbauwand ab. Der einstückiger Flanschbereich der elastischen Manschette erstreckt sich parallel zur Einbauwand und ist an dieser bzw. deren Verkleidung festgelegt. Die Erstreckung reicht dabei nur so weit, wie dies zur Erzielung einer guten Verankerung und Abdichtung erforderlich ist. Eine über die gesamte Wandfläche verlaufende Feuchtigkeitsdämmfolie ist hierbei nicht vorgesehen. In Figur 1 ist mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 die Montageplatte
eines Vorwandsystemes für den sanitären Trockenausbau
dargestellt, die zur Befestigung unterschiedlichster
Bauelemente mit einer Vielzahl von Löchern versehen
ist. An ausgewählten Löchern dieser Montageplatte 1
ist ein Distanzstück 2 mit Schraubverbindungenen 3, 4
festgelegt, an welchem wiederum mit Hilfe von Schrauben
6 ein Einbaukasten 5 befestigt ist. Das Distanzstück 2
dient nicht nur dazu, dem Einbaukasten 5 gegenüber der Montageplatte
1 den richtigen Abstand zu geben; gleichzeitig
dient es als "Adapterstück", welches mit Hilfe
von Bohrungssätzen 7 den Anschluß zu unterschiedlichen
Lochsystemen in den Montageplatten 1 unterschiedlicher

auf das offene Ende des Einbaukastens 5 aufgesetzt und
bei dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel mit Hilfe einer
Schraube 17 an der Sanitärarmatur 13 lösbar angebracht
ist. Nach Abschluß des Rohbaues bzw. Fertigstellung der
Vorwand, an welcher der Einbaukasten 5 mit der Sanitärarmatur
13 vorgesehen ist, wird die Montagehaube 16
in bekannter Weise abgenommen und dann durch entsprechende
Sichtelemente, insbesondere eine Abdeckrosette und eine
Abdeckhaube sowie ggfs. durch das Bedienungselement der
Sanitärarmatur ersetzt und ergänzt.The

der sich bis in den Spalt zwischen der Verfliesung 19 und
der Gipskartonplatte 18 hineinerstreckt und dort verklebt

Außenkontur des Flanschbereiches 25 der Manschette 23
folgt im wesentlichen der Form der Zugangsfenster 20 und
21, die in der Gipskartonplatte 18 bzw. der Verfliesung
19 ausgespart sind, und damit im allgemeinen der Form des
Einbaukastens 5. Die Breite des Flanschbereiches 25 wird
so gewählt, daß eine zuverlässige Verankerung zwischen
Gipskartonplatte 18 und Verfliesung 19 und eine gute
Abdichtung gewährleistet sind.The

getragen werden. In der oberen Hälfte der Figur

verhältnismäßig klein ist. Dann liegt der Dichtbereich
24 der Manschette 23 verhältnismäßig "tief", also verhältnismäßig
nahe an der Montageplatte 1 an der Außenkontur
des Einbaukastens 5 dichtend an. Anders dagegen
in der unteren Hälfte der Figur 1, wo ein Fall dargestellt
ist, bei welchem der Abstand zwischen der die
Gipskartonplatte 18 und die Verfliesung 19 umfassenden Verkleidung
von der Montageplatte 1 verhältnismäßig groß
ist. Hier ist der Dichtbereich 24 der Manschette 23
an den äußersten Rand des Einbaukastens 5 herangerutscht,
so daß sogar nur noch die eine (26) der beiden Dichtlippen
26, 27 an der Außenkontur des Einbaukastens 5
selbst anliegt, während die zweite (27) dieser Dichtlippen
