Claims (8)
- Crochet de sécurité (1) apte à être fixé à un élément (4) de charpente, en particulier un chevron d'une construction, pour l'accrochage d'au moins un dispositif de sécurité tel qu'échelle, plate-forme, harnais, ce crochet étant constitué d'un corps (2) allongé destiné à venir s'appliquer par friction sur la face supérieure dudit élément de charpente (4) et à être assujetti à ce dernier par au moins un organe de fixation (12, 12'), d'un berceau (3) formant crochet, solidaire dudit corps (2) et disposé à ou au voisinage de l'une des extrémités du corps, ce berceau (3) étant ouvert vers l'extrémité libre dudit corps, en particulier pour la réception d'un dispositif de sécurité à suspendre,
caractérisé en ce que le berceau (3) comporte à sa base (5), dans la zone de liaison berceau (3)/corps (2) ou sensiblement au-dessus de cette dernière au moins une ouverture (6, 14) traversante d'axe orthogonal à l'axe longitudinal du corps (2), cette ouverture (6, 14), apte à former un point d'ancrage d'un dispositif de sécurité, tel qu'un harnais, étant constituée soit par perforation de l'âme du berceau (3), soit au moyen d'une échancrure du pourtour extérieur du berceau qui, en position fixée du berceau sur le corps (2), coopère avec le corps (2) pour délimiter ladite ouverture. - Crochet selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que le berceau (3) formant crochet est une pièce rapportée solidarisée par au moins une portion de son chant, de préférence par soudage, au corps (2) dudit crochet (1). - Crochet selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que le berceau (3) formant crochet est une pièce, de préférence métallique, de section carrée ou rectangulaire, telle qu'un fer plat, affectant la forme d'un C ou d'un U couché. - Crochet selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que le corps (2) du crochet est coudé au moins une fois à son extrémité portant le berceau (3) pour ménager une surface (7) inclinée s'étendant obliquement au-dessus dudit élément de construction (4) et épousant au moins une partie du dos (8) du berceau de manière à renforcer le berceau. - Crochet selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que ledit crochet (1) comporte, au-delà du berceau (3), un prolongement (9) s'étendant suivant un axe parallèle et écarté de l'axe longitudinal dudit corps (2), ce prolongement (9) comportant une ouverture traversante (10) pour recevoir un organe d'accrochage d'un dispositif de sécurité supplémentaire, en particulier une structure d'échafaudage. - Crochet selon la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce que le prolongement (9) dudit crochet (1) est ménagé par contre-coudage du corps (2) du crochet (1). - Crochet selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que le corps (2) du crochet (1) comporte un ou plusieurs perçages (15) traversants au voisinage de son extrémité libre pour le passage d'organes de fixation (12) tels que des clous. - Crochet selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que le corps (2) du crochet (1) comporte en outre au moins une patte de fixation (11) formant un ensemble monobloc avec ledit corps (2), cette patte de fixation (11) étant destinée à s'appliquer par friction sur la face latérale de l'élément de charpente (4) au moyen d'au moins un organe de serrage (12') traversant, par ladite patte de fixation (11), ledit élément de charpente (4).
