Description

The present invention relates to scissors, in particular Hairdressing scissors, with two blades and arranged at their ends Crop eyes, with at least one of the calk eyes one for inclusion of the thumb or a finger of the person handling the scissors serving movable handle eye that over the entire circumference is enclosed by the associated stalk eye and freely rotatable about the axis running perpendicular to the stem eye and stored non-rotatably perpendicular to this in the half-eye is.

Such scissors are known from document US-A-2640264. With these scissors, the grip eye is on the inside Crop eye stored by a ball bearing. The ball bearing enables on the one hand the free rotation and on the other hand the Seat of the grip eye that cannot be rotated perpendicular to the axis of rotation in the half-eye. Should the ergonomic adjustment of the Grip eye on the thumb or finger of the person handling the scissors the handle eye must be replaced, the stem eye must be velvet Handle eye to be replaced. The scissors can also not be used without a grip eye.

Another pair of scissors with a movable grip eye is made of Document DE-B-2811398 known. The one described in this document Handle eye is spherical on the outside and stored in a suitably trained warehouse. That too The handle eye belonging to the grip eye is for radial insertion the handle eye is fork-shaped. The movable grip eye is both around the perpendicular to the culvert eye Axis rotatable as well as pivotable perpendicular to this axis, so that the thumb faces when using the scissors the grip eye performs a relative movement and for longer prolonged use of the scissors on the thumb no pressure points occur.

A disadvantage of this pair of scissors, however, is that the simultaneous Rotation and swiveling of the grip eye opposite the straw affects the controlled guidance of the scissors and there is too much freedom of movement for the thumb results in that of those handling the scissors as disturbing is felt. In addition, it has a fork-shaped design Culm eye the disadvantage that the grip eye emerges from this can loosen and hair between the half eye and the grip eye can pinch. Furthermore, dirt or other particles from the open area of the stem eye between get this and the grip eye. It can often be desirable be the scissors even without the movable grip eye too use what, however, with the fork-shaped half-eye not possible.

The present invention has for its object a To create scissors of the type mentioned, the optional can be used with different or without a handle eye, taking on an unproblematic and quick replacement or removing the handle eye, which is freely rotatable in the half-eye arrives.

The task is in the scissors mentioned solved according to the invention on the one hand in that the grip eye protrudes radially outwards on both sides Has guide elements on the side of the stalk eye apply, and is made of elastic material, so that it is in the direction of the perpendicular to the half-eye Axis can be snapped into and removed from it is.

Due to the elastic material, the grip eye can be with its radially projecting outwards on both sides Attach the guide elements quickly and easily to the stalk eye, so that it can rotate freely in the fastening position is. The radially outwards on both sides of the grip eye protruding guide elements allow a safe arrangement of the grip eye in the half-eye, so that it is perpendicular to Rotation axis is non-rotatably mounted in the eye.

Zweckmäßigerweise umschließen die Führungselemente ringförmig das Griffauge.Expediently enclose the guide elements in a ring the grip eye.

An essentially cylindrical one is particularly suitable for storage radial outer surface of the handle eye, which is free of play on a likewise essentially cylindrical radial Inner surface of the stem eye rests. By the relative simple cylindrical design of the surfaces can much more elaborate curved surfaces according to the DE-B-2811398, in which the corresponding radii to avoid of clamping areas and areas with too much play identical must be avoided. The cylindrical Surfaces allow insertion in the scissors according to the invention of the grip eye in the direction perpendicular to the half-eye extending axis with no or very little play.

The grip eye preferably has on the outside in the region of the guide elements Chamfering for easier insertion into the culvert on. The guide elements can also be removed more easily have bevels on the inside, which are on the outside on Canes arranged chamfers can correspond.

As an elastic material for the grip eye, for example a hard elastic plastic material into consideration, in particular Teflon, or the softest possible polyamide, which creates a low sliding friction of the grip eye in the mostly metallic Straw is given. The grip eye can be injection molded can be easily manufactured.

On the other hand, the task in the scissors mentioned solved according to the invention by that the grip eye consists of two axially arranged ring halves, each radially on their outer end faces have outwardly projecting guide elements, and an inner ring made of elastic material is the inside of the two halves of the ring and encloses on the outside at least in partial areas.

This version has the advantage that the two ring halves without overcoming any resistance into the side of the eye can be used without play. For holding the two halves of the ring in the half-eye only the elastic inner ring is on the side introduced, the inside and the two halves of the ring encompasses the outside.

The two ring halves are preferably made of metal. Next advantages in terms of manufacturing result from friction values, which is desirable when using the scissors be felt. A certain friction between the grip eye and the stalk eye contributes to the scissors movement well controlled and the scissors can be guided safely.

If you want the existing in the eye of the handle in the handle eye Reduce friction to a desired amount, see above can the two ring halves on their radial outer surface be provided with a friction-reducing covering. Farther the guide elements can have chamfers on their inner sides, which also reduce friction in these areas.

In a preferred embodiment, this points to the rotatable Handle eye belonging to handle eye on its radial inside in Circumferential grooves on the contact surface reduce between straw and handle eye and dirt particles record, which also reduces friction.

To give the thumb a particularly good grip in the grip eye, can on the radial inside of the elastic Material existing inner ring coaxial recesses or projections may be provided.

In Fig. 1 is a hairdressing scissors with a first straw 1 and a second blade 2, the blades 1 and 2 pivotally connected to one another by means of an articulated screw 3 are. A handle eye 5 is located in the eye 4 of the straw 1 arranged, arranged around a perpendicular to the handle eye 5 Axis is freely rotatable relative to the eye 4. The grip eye 5 is completely surrounded by the eye 4.

As can be seen from FIG. 2, the grip eye 5 has a cylindrical shape Outer surface 6 on the side of two radially outwardly projecting guide elements 7 is limited. The guide elements 7 also limit the cylindrical Surface 12 of the stem eye, which is free of play on the surface 6 of the Handle eye 5 is present. The guide elements 7 are also ring-shaped.

The handle eye 5 laterally delimiting and in one piece this molded guide elements 7 have on their Culm eye 4 facing bevels 8 on the outside bevels arranged on the half-eye correspond to 5, see above that the guide elements 7 and the cylindrical region 6 of the grip eye 5 flush on all sides and free of play on the eye 4 concerns. The radially outward outside 10 of the Guide elements 7 is in their inward areas guided on a shoulder 11 of the eye 4, whereby a given exact positioning of the guide elements 7 on the eye 4 is. The guide elements 7 also have in Art of chamfers outwardly curved outer surfaces 9, so that attachment edges the guide elements 7 avoided on the handle eye 5 become.

The grip eye 5 is in the direction perpendicular to the grip eye arranged axis insertable and removable in the culvert. Here, the radially outwardly projecting guide elements 7 elastically deformed and snap into the cranked Areas of the stem eye 4 when the grip eye 5 in its target position is arranged. For easy insertion enable and remove the handle eye 5 and at the same time a play-free guidance of the same within the To ensure Halmauges 4 is the inclination of the inside bevels 8 arranged on the guide elements 7 to the hardness of the material of the guide elements. The chamfers can be designed as inclines with constant inclination or for example, also have surfaces curved outwards.

The grip eye 5 is made of a soft Teflon material, a little compared to the metallic half-eye Has sliding friction coefficient and at the same time gives a pleasant grip. The grip eye 5 is with the integrally molded guide elements 7 in the injection molding process manufactured.

As shown in Fig. 3, the grip eye 5 has one rotationally symmetrical outer contour and an ergonomically adapted inner contour so that pressure points on the in the Grip eye 5 guided thumb can be avoided. It goes without saying that the second blade 2 of the scissors with one appropriate grip eye can be provided.

In the embodiment shown in Figures 4 to 8 is the grip eye 13, as can be seen in particular from FIG. 5, from two axially arranged ring halves 14 and 15, each on their outer end faces have radially outwardly projecting guide elements 7, and an inner ring 16 made of elastic material composed of the two ring halves 14 and 15 on the inside and encloses the outside in the region of the guide elements 7. The two ring halves 14 and 15 lie on their inwards facing each other.

The two ring halves 14 and 15 shown individually in FIG. 6 point as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 ring-shaped guide elements 7. This are provided on their insides with a chamfer 8 to the Reduce friction on the side of the eye 4. Furthermore are the metal halves 14 and 15 with a friction-reducing (not shown in the drawing) Covering, for example made of titanium nitride, the Friction between the rotatable grip eye 13 and the half eye 4 reduced even further. However, there is a certain amount of friction desirable so that when the handle eye rotates 13 during the handling of the scissors the scissors movement optimally controllable and the scissors can be guided safely.

To get a certain amount of friction, the Inside of the eye 4 in the circumferential direction Grooves 17 provided. The grooves 17 also take between the culvert eye 4 and the ring halves 14 and 15 Dirt particles on, so that a smooth sliding of the Handle eye 13 in the eye 4 is guaranteed.

As can be seen in particular from Fig. 7, the elastic Material, for example a flexible plastic, existing inner ring 16 has a curved contour Inner surface and the lateral end faces. At his radial outer surface is formed a rectangular groove 18, with which the two ring halves 14 and 15, as shown in Fig. 5, inside and outside in the area of the guide elements 7 are enclosed. The side surfaces 19 of the annular groove 18 extend over the entire height of the guide elements 7, so that the two ring halves 14 and 15 to the outside enclosed by the lateral beads of the inner ring and thereby avoiding edges.

The inner ring 16 is preferably made of clear plastic, so that the possibly existing color coding of the two ring halves 14 and 15 is visible. The inner ring can on the other hand also consist of colored plastic and from the Color dependent different sizes based on different thumb sizes are matched.

As can further be seen from FIGS. 4, 5 and 7, the Inner ring on its radial inside with small coaxial extending ribs 20 provided an optimal hold of the Ensure thumb in the rotatable grip eye 13.

The grip eye 13 shown in FIGS. 4 to 8 can be lightly fix on the eye 4 by first the ring halves 14 and 15 are inserted into the eye 4 from both sides. Then the inner ring made of elastic material 16 from the inside over the two ring halves 14 and 15. The inner ring 16 is radial and axial Preload on the two ring halves 14 and 15 so that these are held together under a certain pressure. In Reversing the order described above can be the grip eye 13 can be removed from the eye 4 just as easily.
