Claims (11)
- Système de maintien des conditions stériles dans la zone de remplissage de récipients (1) pour des systèmes de conditionnement aseptique, lesdits récipients (1) ayant un bec de remplissage (2) fermé par un bouchon amovible (4), caractérisé en ce qu'il est pourvu d'un couvercle (6) appliqué avec un joint hermétique de façon amovible sur ledit bec (2) avec un bouchon (4) ou sur le récipient fermé de sorte qu'il entoure et ferme hermétiquement au moins la partie finale d'une portion de bec sortant hors du récipient et dudit bouchon (4), ledit couvercle (6) étant appliqué avant la stérilisation du récipient (1) et étant retiré avec ledit bouchon (4) immédiatement avant le remplissage du récipient (1) à travers ledit bec (2).
- Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit couvercle (6) possède un rebord formant une base (7), qui est fixé de façon amovible sur la paroi extérieure dudit récipient (1).
- Système selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit rebord (7) possède une couche interne réalisée dans un matériau "facile à ouvrir" et est appliqué hermétiquement par la chaleur sur le récipient (1), le retrait étant effectué par arrachage.
- Système selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit rebord (7) est fixé au récipient (1) par encollage.
- Système selon une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit rebord (7) possède une languette à tirer de déchirage (8).
- Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit couvercle (6) a la forme d'un verre retourné et est mécaniquement appliqué à un bouton à pression sur le bec (2) à travers l'engagement d'un bord ou d'une projection (9) interne sur le couvercle avec une projection annulaire correspondante (10) réalisée sur le bec.
- Système selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que ledit couvercle (6) est obtenu par formage thermique d'une matière plastique rigide ou flexible.
- Système selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit couvercle (6) est obtenu par moulage.
- Système selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit récipient (1) se compose de plastique stratifié, comprenant au moins une couche métallisée et des couches extérieures de polyéthylène.
- Système selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit récipient (1) est formé d'un accouplement de plusieurs couches, avec au moins une couche interne de polyéthylène et une couche extérieure métallisée, avec une couche extérieure de polyéthylène.
- Système selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit récipient (1) est formé d'un accouplement de plusieurs couches, avec au moins une couche interne de polyéthylène et une couche extérieure composée d'un assemblage barrière multicouche.
