Claims (13)

  1. Un récipient ouvrable scellé (10; 20; 40) muni d'un goulot (14; 28; 42; 44) et contenant une substance (12) devant être distribuée à partir de ce dernier au travers d'une paille (16; 30; 32) qui est placée à l'intérieur du récipient (10; 20; 40), la paille s'étendant à partir d'un point adjacent au fond du récipient jusque dans le goulot, le goulot du récipient (14; 28; 42; 44) étant scellé afin d'enfermer le contenu du récipient (12) ainsi que la paille (16; 30; 32) au moyen d'un scellement qui définit l'extrémité libre du goulot (14; 28; 42; 44), caractérisé en ce que le scellement fait partie intégrante du goulot (14; 28; 42; 44) et en ce qu'il est muni d'une zone d'affaiblissement (18; 19) au-dessous de la partie supérieure de la paille entre le scellement et le reste du goulot (14; 28; 42; 44), ladite zone permettant au scellement d'être brisé le log d'une ligne (19) qui est perpendiculaire à l'axe principal de la paille (16; 30; 32) afin d'exposer une extrémité de la paille (16; 30; 32).
  2. Un récipient ouvrable scellé (10; 20; 40) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la paille (16; 30; 32) est scellée au goulot du récipient (14; 28; 42; 44) au-dessous de ladite zone d'affaiblissement (18; 19).
  3. Un récipient ouvrable scellé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la paille (16; 30; 32) peut être bougée de façon axiale par rapport au récipient de telle sorte que la paille puisse être levée vers l'extérieur du récipient une fois que le scellement a été brisé.
  4. Un récipient ouvrable scellé selon l'une des revendications précédentes dans lequel le récipient comprend un sachet fabriqué avec des films coétendus de polypropylène, un film de plastique laminé ou des feuilles métalliques revêtues de polymère.
  5. Un récipient ouvrable scellé (10; 20; 40) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la zone d'affaiblissement (18; 34; 46; 46) sur le goulot (14; 28; 42; 44) est alignée dans la direction de l'orientation des chaínes polymères.
  6. Un récipient ouvrable scellé (10; 20; 40) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le récipient comprend un sachet de papier enduit.
  7. Un récipient ouvrable scellé (10; 20; 40) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la zone d'affaiblissement (18; 34; 46; 48) sur le goulot est alignée selon l'orientation des fibres de papier du sachet.
  8. Un récipient ouvrable scellé (20; 40) selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, muni de deux compartiments (24; 25) et deux pailles (30; 32), chacune s'étendant dans un compartiment respectif (24; 26).
  9. Un récipient ouvrable scellé (20) selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le récipient est muni d'un seul goulot (28) dans lequel s'étendent les deux pailles (30; 32).
  10. Un récipient ouvrable scellé (40) selon la revendication 8 dans lequel le récipient est muni de deux goulots (42; 44), une paille respective s'étendant dans chacun d'entre eux et chaque goulot étant muni d'une zone d'affaiblissement respective (46; 48).
  11. Un récipient ouvrable scellé (20; 40) selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, dans lequel des perforations (38) sont fournies dans une paroi de séparation (50) entre les compartiments afin de permettre aux compartiments d'être séparés.
  12. Un récipient ouvrable scellé selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, dans lequel la zone d'affaiblissement (18; 34; 46; 48) est fournie par un creux ou une partie en retrait (18; 34; 46; 46) sur au moins l'un des côtés de l'extérieur du goulot (14; 28; 42; 44).
  13. Un récipient ouvrable scellé (10; 20; 40) selon la revendication 12, dans lequel le récipient comprend deux pièces opposées de matériau en feuille qui sont jointes l'une à l'autre au niveau d'une zone périphérique et dans lequel le creux ou la partie en retrait (18; 34; 46; 48) est formée au niveau de la zone périphérique.
