Claims (6)
- Dispositif de remplissage de matériaux de moulage dans des têtes de soufflage ou de tirage (1), avec une installation de remplissage (6) comprenant un réservoir (3) pour le matériau de moulage (2), un organe d'évacuation (4) pour évacuer le matériau de moulage (2) vers la tête de soufflage ou de tirage (1) et un dispositif d'obturation (5) pour l'obturation de l'organe d'évacuation (4), où l'installation de remplissage (6) est montée à mobilité verticale sur un bâti de machine (7) aux fins de l'immersion de l'organe d'évacuation (4) dans la tête de tirage (1) à remplir,
caractérisé en ce qu'entre l'installation de remplissage (6) et le bâti de machine (1) est disposé un appareil de pesage (8) en connexion active d'une part avec l'installation de remplissage et d'autre part avec le bâti de machine, aux fins de la détermination du poids de l'installation de remplissage (6). - Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de pesage (8) est taré sur le poids net de l'installation de remplissage, de telle sorte que l'appareil de pesage (8) permet de déterminer le poids du matériau de moulage (2) se trouvant dans l'installation de remplissage (6).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de pesage (8) est articulé sur l'installation de remplissage (6) et agit entre l'installation de remplissage (6) et le bâti de machine (7).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de pesage (8) est articulé sur le bâti de machine (7) et agit entre le bâti de machine (7) et l'installation de remplissage (6).
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de pesage (8) est associé à un dispositif de levage (10) articulé sur le bâti de machine (7) ou sur l'installation de remplissage (6) et agissant entre le bâti de machine (7) et l'installation de remplissage (6).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de levage (10) comprend un ensemble cylindre et piston servant de commande et en ce qu'une cellule de pesage servant de capteur de l'appareil de pesage (8) fait partie intégrante de l'ensemble cylindre et piston.
