Claims (6)
- Machine pour gainer des bouteilles avec un recouvrement protecteur, du type des machines formées par un ensemble de supports destinés à recevoir les bouteilles (1) lesquels supports sont disposés sur un élément rotatif parcourant un trajet entre une entrée d'alimentation et une sortie d'évacuation, caractérisée en ce que chaque support (4) est constitué par un bloc cylindrique (16) d'une dimension diamétrale correspondant sensiblement à celle de la bouteille supportée et muni intérieurement de conduits (19) qui mettent une source de vide en communication avec une succession d'orifices de la périphérie du bloc cylindrique (16); en ce que chaque bloc cylindrique (16) parcourt son trajet, jusqu'à un point où il entre en contact tangentiellement et directement avec la première d'une série de feuilles (13) disposées en empilement dans un magasin (12); en ce que le vide de la succession d'orifices de la périphérie de chaque bloc cylindrique (16) engendre une aspiration capable de prélever directement la première feuille (13) et en ce que chaque support (4) est capable de tourner sur lui-même sous l'action d'un moyen d'entraínement pour que la feuille (13) prélevée par aspiration s'enroule autour du support (4) jusqu'à ce que les bords de la feuille (13) qui se recouvrent soient réunis entre eux, la feuille (13) formant alors une gaine qui est ensuite ajustée autour de la bouteille (1) située sur ce support (4) sous l'action d'un moyen d'ajustement, la gaine restant libre de se déplacer axialement par rapport à ladite bouteille (1).
- Machine pour gainer des bouteilles avec un recouvrement protecteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bloc cylindrique (16) de chaque support (4) est disposé sur un axe fixe (15) et peut tourner autour de cet axe, cependant qu'à chaque bloc cylindrique (16) est réunie une base formée par une pièce (23) qui forme une "croix de Malte" dans sa partie inférieure ; en ce qu'autour des supports (4) est disposé un anneau fixe (24) dans lequel sont montés, dans des secteurs (25 et 26) de cet anneau, des tétons (27) qui, pendant la rotation de tous les supports (4) à l'intérieur de l'anneau fixe (24), entrent en prise avec la conformation de "croix de Malte" des pièces (23), en provoquant ainsi la rotation des supports (4) sur eux-mêmes selon des angles prédéterminés, l'ensemble formé par la pièce (23) et les tétons (27) constituant ledit moyen d'entraínement.
- Machine pour gainer des bouteilles avec un recouvrement protecteur selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que, dans un premier secteur actif (25) de l'anneau fixe (24), sont disposés six tétons (27) qui provoquent une rotation d'un tour et demi de chaque support pour réaliser l'enroulement (4) ; tandis que, dans un second secteur (26) sont disposés deux tétons (27) qui provoquent un demi-tour de chaque support (4) de sorte que ce support reprend sa position initiale qui correspond au commencement de chaque cycle.
- Machine pour gainer des bouteilles avec un recouvrement protecteur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le bloc cylindrique (16) de chaque support (4) est interchangeable en fonction des formes et des dimensions des bouteilles (1) qu'il s'agit de gainer.
- Machine pour gainer des bouteilles avec un recouvrement protecteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit moyen d'ajustement est constitué par une pièce annulaire (28) disposée autour du support (4), mobile dans la direction axiale, et en position d'appui sur un guide conducteur (32), lequel déplace ladite pièce (28) pour amener la gaine (2) une fois formée en bonne position par rapport à la bouteille (1) correspondante en dégageant le support (4).
- Machine pour gainer des bouteilles avec un recouvrement protecteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, dans le logement des feuilles (13) empilées, est incorporée une encolleuse (14) au moyen de laquelle on dépose un adhésif sur le bord arrière desdites feuilles (13), pour que ces feuilles se collent sur elles-mêmes au moment de la fermeture de l'enroulement qui forme les gaines (2).
