Claims (11)

  1. Gerät zum Einsetzen einer aktiven Fuge in einem Bauwerk, welches ein eine Zunge (3) tragendes Werkzeug aufweist, das dazu bestimmt ist, eine zum Einsetzen der aktiven Fuge (15) bestimmte Furche zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkzeug (1) einen Vibrationsrüttler (7) aufweist, der die sich in einer ersten Richtung (A) erstreckende und zur Bildung der Furche durch Rütteln entlang der ersten Richtung (A) dienende Zunge (3) trägt, wobei der besagte Vibrationsrüttler (7) auch eine Reihe von Stäben (4) aufweist, welche entlang einer zur Orientierung (A) der Zunge rechtwinkligen Ebene (B) und im wesentlichen parallel zueinander angeordnet sind und einen Rechen (5) bilden, und wobei der besagte Vibrationsrüttler (7) in der Lage ist, die Zunge (3) entlang einer zur ersten Richtung (A) parallel verlaufenden Hauptkomponente vibrierend zu betätigen, um die Furche zu bilden, und in der Lage ist, den Rechen (5) entlang einer Hauptkomponente, welche quer zur Ebene (B) der Stäbe (4) verläuft, vibrierend zu betätigen, um die Furche nach Einsetzen der aktiven Fuge (15) zu schliessen, wobei das Werkzeug (1) drehbar montiert ist, um wahlweise die Zunge (3) oder den Rechen (5) ungefähr rechtwinklig zur Oberfläche des Bauwerkes ausrichten zu können.
  2. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vibrationsrüttler (7) Greifmittel (14) trägt, welche ein Einsetzen der aktiven Fuge (15) in die Furche erlauben.
  3. Gerät nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkzeug (1) einen Befestigungsbügel (2) aufweist, in den der Vibrationsrüttler (7) drehbar um eine in Arbeitsstellung im wesentlichen horizontale Achse Achse (H) montiert ist.
  4. Gerät nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Werkzeugträger (16) aufweist, an dem das Werkzeug mit Hilfe eines Drehelementes (8) befestigt ist, welches es erlaubt, das Werkzeug um eine Achse (V) auszurichten, die in Arbeitsstellung im wesentlichen vertikal ist.
  5. Gerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bügel (2) an dem Drehelement (8) mit Hilfe eines Hebezylinders (9) und eventuell Schwingarmen (10, 11) befestigt ist.
  6. Gerät nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkzeug (1) einen Kippzylinder (12) aufweist, der jeweils auf dem Bügel (2) und dem Vibrationsrüttler (7) montiert ist, und dazu bestimmt ist, den Vibrationsrüttler zu kippen, um die Zunge (3) oder die Stäbe (4) in Arbeitsstellung zu bringen.
  7. Gerät nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stäbe (5) in mindestens zwei Reihen angeordnet sind, und dass die Greifmittel hydraulische Zangen (14) aufweisen, welche dazu bestimmt sind, die aktive Fuge (15) zu ergreifen und sie bis zum Einsetzen in die Furche zu halten, und im Innern der Stabreihen angeordnet sind und ungefähr parallel zu diesen sind.
  8. Gerät nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zunge (3) abnehmbar auf dem Vibrationsrüttler montiert ist.
  9. Gerät nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rechen (5) eine Halterung aufweist, die abnehmbar auf dem Vibrationsrüttler montiert ist.
  10. Einsetzgerät für eine aktive Fuge in einem Bauwerk, welches einen hydraulischen Arm aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 aufweist, wobei der hydraulische Arm (16) als Werkzeugträger dient.
  11. Einsetzverfahren für eine aktive Fuge in ein Bauwerk mit Öffnung einer Furche, welche dazu bestimmt ist, die aktive Fuge durch Vibrationsrütteln aufzunehmen, und folgende Schritte aufweist:
    Positionieren eines Werkzeuges, welches einen Vibrationsrüttler (7) aufweist, der eine sich in einer ersten Richtung (A) erstreckende und zur Bildung der Furche durch Rütteln entlang der ersten Richtung (A) dienende Zunge (3) trägt, wobei der besagte Vibrationsrüttler (7) auch eine Reihe von Stäben (4) aufweist, welche entlang einer zur Orientierung (A) der Zunge rechtwinkligen Ebene (B) und im wesentlichen parallel zueinander angeordnet sind und einen Rechen (5) bilden, und wobei der besagte Vibrationsrüttler (7) die Zunge (3) entlang einer zur ersten Richtung (A) parallel verlaufenden Hauptkomponente vibrierend betätigt, um die Furche zu bilden, und den Rechen (5) entlang einer Hauptkomponente, welche quer zur Ebene (B) der Stäbe (4) verläuft, vibrierend betätigt, um die Furche nach Einsetzen der aktiven Fuge (15) zu schliessen, wobei das Werkzeug (1) drehbar montiert ist, um wahlweise die Zunge (3) oder den Rechen (5) ungefähr rechtwinklig zur Oberfläche des Bauwerkes ausrichten zu können,
    Einrütteln der Zunge in das Bauwerk durch Vibration,
    Anheben der Zunge,
    Kippen des Werkzeuges,
    Einsetzen der aktiven Fuge in die offene Furche,
    Absenken des Rechens,
    Schliessen der Furche durch Vibration,
    Anheben des Werkzeuges.
