Abstract

The reel unit has an alternative drive for one of several reels for a continuous strip which can be cut into lengths by flying shears. Fig. 1 zeigt schematisch das letzte Gerüst 1 einer Konti-Bandstraße. Dem Gerüst 1 folgt in Bandlaufrichtung 2 ein Treiber 3 und eine fliegende Schere 4, welche das mit hoher Geschwindigkeit kontinuierlich einlaufende zum Teil sehr dünne Band in Längen entsprechend der gewünschten Lose unterteilt. Im Anschluß an die fliegende Schere 4 ist ein Treiber 5 vorgesehen. Der Treiber 5 weist eine feststehende Rolle 6 sowie eine anstellbare und in horizontaler Richtung verschwenkbare Rolle 7 auf. Der Treiber 5 leitet in der gezeigten Stellung den Bandanfang 8 auf den Haspel 9 um, während das Bandende 10 des vorhergehenden Loses noch über den Treiber 11 zum Haspel 12 gelangt.Fig. 1 shows schematically the last frame 1 of a continuous belt mill. Der Schwenkhebel 22 wird in Fig. 3 von dem Schwenkantrieb 23 gegen einen Anschlag 24 gezogen, so daß die Schwinge 19 in dieser Stellung festgelegt ist. In dieser Stellung der Rollen 6, 7 wird das Band gerade durch den Treiber 5 hindurchgeführt. Der Schwenkantrieb 23 vermag den Schwenkhebel 22 gegen den Anschlag 25 zu drücken, so daß die Rolle 7 in der gestrichelt dargestellten Lage fest anstellbar ist. In der gestrichelt dargestellten Position der Rolle 7 wird das Band, wie ebenfalls gestrichelt dargestellt, abgelenkt und nicht mehr gerade durch den Treiber 5 geführt.Figure 3 shows the driver 5, the roller 6 is rotatable, but fixed, mounted. Claims (12)

Verfahren zum alternativen Betreiben von jeweils einem von mehreren einer Konti-Bandstraße nachgeordneter Haspel, wobei das kontinuierlich anfallende Walzgut durch eine am Ausgang des Walzwerks vorgesehene fliegende Schere in Coilgewichte angestrebter Lose unterteilbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der fliegenden Schere (4) mindestens ein Treiber (5, 13) nachgeordnet ist, dessen Rollen (7, 14) derart verlagerbar sind, daß die durch die beiden Achsen der Rollen (6, 7; 14, 15) gelegte Ebene aus einer im wesentlichen vertikalen Stellung derart verschwenkbar ist, daß eine auf dieser Ebene stehende Normale in Richtung auf den ersten der nachgeordneten Haspel (9, 16, 18) geschwenkt wird.
