Description
- pour l'une, au moins une excroissance mâle 5 et de préférence deux ou même trois, comme représenté sur la figure 1, convexe vers l'extérieur de la face qui la supporte,
- et pour l'autre, au moins une cuvette femelle 6 ou deux ou trois, en même nombre et réparties de la même façon que les excroissances mâles, concave par rapport à la face qui les supporte et pouvant coopérer avec l'excroissance mâle 5 d'un autre caisson placé contre le premier ; un tel assemblage de plusieurs caissons par emboítement permet de constituer une surface continue, telle que représentée sur les figures 3 à 8.
Claims (13)
- Caisson fermé de forme parallélépipédique rectangle, aplati selon deux faces principales en vis-à-vis, séparées par quatre faces dites latérales, tel que les six parois de son enveloppe extérieure sont rigides, de faible épaisseur, et réalisées en matériau résistant, les faces principales étant reliées par des moyens de raidissement et son volume interne, délimité par son enveloppe, est rempli de fragments rigides d'un matériau granuleux (11) de densité inférieure à 1, et ayant une bonne capacité d'isolation thermique, caractérisé en ce que ledit matériau granuleux (11) à structure alvéolaire est de la pouzzolane, au moins l'une desdites faces principales est perforée par des microtrous (12) aptes à laisser passer l'eau, l'air ou autres fluides mais non les grains de pouzzolane, et les moyens de raidissement sont constitués par au moins un raidisseur interne (3).
- Caisson suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un réceptacle (22) formé par l'une de ses faces principales solidaires des quatre faces latérales, et d'un couvercle (2) formant l'autre face dite principale, ledit couvercle (2) étant fixé sur ledit réceptacle (22) après remplissage du matériau granuleux (11).
- Caisson suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux de ses faces latérales en vis-à-vis, comportent pour l'une, au moins une excroissance mâle (5) convexe vers l'extérieur de la face qui le supporte, et pour l'autre, au moins une cuvette femelle (6) concave par rapport à la face qui la supporte et pouvant coopérer avec l'excroissance mâle (5) d'un autre caisson placé contre le premier.
- Caisson suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux de ses faces latérales en vis-à-vis comportent chacune au moins un orifice (9).
- Caisson suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'une des faces principales comporte au moins trois pattes de fixation (8), chacune faisant appendice vers l'extérieur de trois des faces latérales, et disposées dans le plan de ladite face principale.
- Caisson suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits raidisseurs internes (3) sont de forme creuse.
- Caisson suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits raidisseurs (3) sont des troncs de cône, dont la plus grande base débouche, ouverte, et est solidaire de la face principale (23) formant le fond du caisson (1), la plus petite base coopère avec des coupelles (4) d'emboítement solidaires de l'autre face principale constituant le couvercle (2).
- Caisson suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdits microtrous (12) sont de diamètre de 0,2 à 1 mm.
- Caisson suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le matériau résistant dans lequel sont réalisées les parois dudit caisson (1), est du polyéthylène à haute densité (PEHD) et l'épaisseur desdites parois est de 0,3 à 1,5 mm.
- Système isolant constitué par l'assemblage de caissons suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, disposés les uns contre les autres suivant leurs faces latérales, caractérisé en ce que toutes les faces desdits caissons (1) sont perforées par lesdits microtrous (12).
- Système isolant suivant la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que lesdits caissons (1) sont fixés à l'intérieur d'un mur (15) d'un édifice et au moins un raidisseur interne (3) est creux et perforé, raccordé à une entrée d'air (14) dudit mur (15).
- Système isolant constitué par l'assemblage de caissons suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, disposés les uns contre les autres suivant leurs faces latérales, caractérisé en ce que cinq de ces faces sont perforées, à l'exception d'une des faces principales.
- Système drainant constitué par l'assemblage de caissons suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, disposés dans un plan d'orientation générale horizontale les uns contre les autres suivant leurs faces latérales, caractérisé en ce que seule leur face principale orientée vers le haut est perforée, l'ensemble du plan constitué par les caissons (1) assemblés étant incliné, ceux-ci étant raccordés entre eux par des manchons disposés dans des orifices (9) en vis-à-vis, et au moins une cuve de récupération (20) est placée en dessous du caisson le plus bas et raccordée au moins à celui-ci.
