Claims (4)

  1. Machine d'usinage latéral de blocs de construction ou similaires, en particulier de briques crues séchées ou de briques cuites avec les caractéristiques :
    a) elle présente un système de transport interne à la machine qui saisit les blocs de construction à usiner, après alignement, entre un dispositif transporteur (2) et un dispositif presseur (3) et les transporte, serrés en position ajustée en hauteur, à travers au moins une station d'usinage (4),
    b) elle présente au moins une station d'usinage, en particulier une station de planage (4), avec une disposition latérale d'outil,
    c) le système de transport interne à la machine est constitué d'un dispositif transporteur (2) et d'un dispositif presseur (3) disposé réglable par rapport à celui-ci (2) ainsi que maintenu suspendu à ressorts dans son ensemble,
    d) les éléments transporteurs du système de transport coopérant avec le bloc de construction (Z) à usiner sont réalisés sous forme de bandes sans fin (7) en matériau flexible constituées par des dites bandes de forces,
    e) les bandes sans fin (7) flexibles sont munies à l'arrière, au moins dans la zone médiane de leur section transversale, de rainures à clavettes (7a),
    f) les bandes sans fin (7) flexibles tournent, selon la section transversale, avec leur brin coopérant avec le bloc de construction (Z) à usiner, en particulier à planer,
    a) avec la zone médiane sur des rouleaux (8) à profil cannelé, agissant comme rouleaux de centrage et guidant à force la bande (7) en position latérale, qui sont montés suspendus à ressorts et
    b) avec les deux zones latérales sur des barres de glissière formant butée, disposées au moins dans la zone de l'outil ou des outils (5).
  2. Machine selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que les rouleaux à profil cannelé de support sont montés suspendus à ressorts au moyen de blocs-ressorts (10).
  3. Machine selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de transport (2) et le dispositif presseur (3) sont disposés amovibles sur le châssis de machine (1) respectivement sous forme d'une unité de montage complète.
  4. Machine selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisée en ce que l'outil d'usinage ou les outils d'usinage (5), y compris une motorisation adjointe, sont disposés mobiles vers l'extérieur suffisamment loin pour que, pour des travaux d'entretien et de réparation, l'unité de montage "bande presseuse (2)" et l'unité de montage "bande transporteuse (3)" soient démontables d'avec le châssis de machine (1), en particulier levables vers le haut, chacune pour soi (2/3) ou ensemble (2 + 3).
