Claims (4)
- Cartouche de mastic, du type ayant un corps sensiblement tubulaire (8), une ouverture de distribution avant au niveau d'une extrémité avant du corps tubulaire, une paroi arrière (11) disposée de façon mobile à l'intérieur du corps tubulaire (8); le corps tubulaire (8) ayant une paroi avec une surface de paroi interne définissant un diamètre interne du corps tubulaire, et le corps tubulaire (8) définissant une chambre délimitée par la surface de paroi interne, l'extrémité avant et la paroi arrière (11), ladite paroi arrière (11) ayant un diamètre inférieur au diamètre interne du corps tubulaire (8), en définissant une distance d'espacement sensiblement sans contact entre la surface de paroi interne et une périphérie de la paroi arrière, et en laissant une zone active, ladite zone active permettant à une quantité de composition de mastic de passer à travers et étant définie par la différence de la section de ladite chambre et la section de ladite paroi arrière (11), ladite zone active étant équivalente au produit de la circonférence et de la distance d'espacement, le diamètre de la paroi arrière (11) étant choisi de telle sorte que ladite distance d'espacement est d'au moins 0,2 mm.
- Cartouche selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ladite distance d'espacement est d'au moins 1,0 mm.
- Cartouche selon la revendication 1, qui comprend en outre des arêtes d'espacement (19) formées sur une circonférence de ladite paroi arrière (11), lesdites arêtes d'espacement (19) étant en contact avec ladite surface de paroi interne dudit corps tubulaire (8) et définissant ladite distance d'espacement.
- Combinaison d'un pistolet à mastic et d'une cartouche, ladite cartouche ayant un corps sensiblement tubulaire (8), une buse de distribution avant (9) à une extrémité avant dudit corps tubulaire (8), une paroi arrière (11) disposée de façon mobile à l'intérieur dudit corps tubulaire (8), ledit corps tubulaire (8) définissant une chambre entre ladite extrémité avant et ladite paroi arrière (11);ledit pistolet à mastic comportant un corps formant une goulotte destinée à recevoir ladite cartouche, et un piston mobile parallèlement à ladite goulotte afin de pousser ladite paroi arrière vers l'avant à l'intérieur dudit corps tubulaire et provoquer une réduction de volume à l'intérieur de ladite chambre dans ladite cartouche;ledit corps tubulaire (8) ayant une paroi avec une surface de paroi interne définissant un diamètre interne du corps tubulaire (8); ladite paroi arrière (11) ayant un diamètre inférieur au diamètre interne du corps tubulaire (8), en définissant une distance d'espacement sensiblement sans contact entre la surface de paroi interne et une périphérie de la paroi arrière, et en laissant une zone active, ladite zone active permettant à une quantité de composition de mastic de passer à travers et étant définie par la différence de la section de ladite chambre et de la section de ladite paroi arrière (11), ladite zone active étant équivalente au produit de la circonférence et de la distance d'espacement, le diamètre de la paroi arrière (11) étant choisi de telle sorte que ladite distance d'espacement est d'au moins 0,2 mm.
