Abstract
Es soll eine Einrichtung zum Betrieb einer mehrgerüstigen Walzstraße angegeben werden, mit der der Aufwand und die Zeit für die Projektierung, Prüfung und Inbetriebnahme einschließlich der Optimierungsphase sowie für ein erneutes Anwalzen der Walzstraße deutlich verringert wird und gleichzeitig eine gefahrlose Schulung des Betreiberpersonals während des Betriebes sowie eine leichte und sichere Funktionserweiterung ohne Beschädigung der Walzstraße möglich ist. Dazu ist die gesamte Walzstraße in den technologischen Zusammenhängen der einzelnen Gerüste in einem einzigen physikalischen Simulations-Modell (2) gegliedert nachgebildet. Das Simulations-Modell (2) ist mit einer zentralen Regelungsvorrichtung (1) verbunden, die für die gesamte Regelung der Walzstraße allein zum Einsatz kommt und die wahlweise einzelne Funktionen innerhalb jedes Gerüsts oder einzelner Gerüste entweder über Stellglieder der Walzstraße oder in entsprechenden Gliedern des Simulations-Modells (2) steuert.
