Abstract
Description
Zerkleinerungsvorgang anfallenden Schnitzel abtransportiert.
The present invention relates to a comminution machine, in particular for machining

The object of the present invention is to provide a comminution machine which is suitable to work without a screw conveyor.
The object is achieved by a comminution machine according to claim 1 Comminution machine according to the invention is characterized by a in the form of a Suction blower trained suction device that radially outside of the rotor such is arranged so that the chips generated by the rotor immediately behind the Rotor picks up and transported away. The arrangement of a screw conveyor is omitted.
The fan is preferably on a conveyor belt with respect to the rotor arranged opposite side of the rotor. With this arrangement, that is on the Conveyor belt transported material to be shredded gripped by the rotor and tangential in one Conveyor belt transported opposite area of the rotor space, from where it is the Suction effect of the blower is transported away underneath.
The blower axis is located lower than that in the operating position of the shredding machine Rotor axis. This takes into account the fact that the place of crushing is in the area of the lower periphery of the chopping rotor, with the chips due to the Gravity is a downward tangential path from the rotor periphery describe. The suction fan located below the rotor axis takes it Wood chips comfortably on.
It is preferred that a separating screen is arranged between the rotor and the fan. Such a thing The separating sieve has a mesh size set in such a way that only wood chips with one Pass the dimension below the mesh size and be transported away. The Separating screen is adapted to the rotor periphery and therefore has at least one in cross section sectionally circular course.
According to the invention, the conveyor belt is angled in the area of the rotor space and into one Extended area below the rotor. This ensures that in the area of the rotor wood chips going down to an area of the angled one Conveyor belt section hit and transported further in the direction of the blower. In this way, the chips can be prevented from going down.

- Fig. 1
- shows a cross section of an embodiment of the shredding machine according to the invention.
Above the
Rotorraum austretenden Hackschnitzel aufzunehmen.
erzielen.Outside the separating screen 18 there is a
In the shredding machine according to the invention there is no need for the inventive provided fan arrangement a provided in the prior art Screw conveyor, so that the shredding machine according to the invention can be produced significantly more cost-effectively and mechanically less complex can.
