Finally, US 5,065,875 shows a container in the form of a Bottle for holding liquids, especially food items and to remove this via a corresponding intended opening. There is a recess in this container provided in which another container of smaller dimensions in the form of a bottle or ampoule to hold a liquid is provided. The content of the smaller container after removal from the recess Contents of the larger container are added. The two However, containers are not held captive together.

The invention now lies on the basis of this prior art the task of a container, such as a canned, bottle or can, in the same time two different products can be found for their consumption, which however do not come into contact with each other and themselves thus do not mix, so that their consumption combines on the one hand or separately and, on the other hand, extremely simple is made possible.

This task is accomplished in a surprisingly simple way by one Container with the features of claim 1 in its combination solved.

The invention thus provides a container such as a Canned food, bottle or can, ready, the difference to existing types of containers made up of two or more of each other there are separate chambers or independent containers, which together form a unit. The food and drinks do not come in mutual in the container according to the invention Contact and can therefore not mix. At the same time, the food and beverages can through the openings in the chambers separately or due to the connecting elements provided according to the invention, such as flexible Bands or the like, between the main chamber and the at least one an adjoining chamber can be consumed simultaneously.

Particularly advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the Claims 2 to 9 described.

The secondary chambers can inside the container in the form of canned food, Bottle or can be housed in such a way that the respective Opening at the bottom or bottom of the main chamber or Container (canned, bottle or can) or on top, if necessary, next to the opening of the main chamber or the container (Canned, bottle or can). It is the same, however conceivable, the at least one secondary chamber in the area of the side wall or the jacket of the Arrange the main chamber or container (preserve, bottle or can).

The number, dimensions, shape and distribution of the at least one Adjoining chamber can be used as needed and need to be different and, among other things, also dependent of the respective size and the corresponding dimensions of the container itself can be selected arbitrarily.

The openings of the main chamber and / or at least one secondary chamber can be trained without closure or by means of a closure, in particular by means of a film Aluminum, plastic or the like, a box, a sticker etc., designed to be lockable.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the container comprises you. the canned food, bottle or can, two or more, dismountable Chambers or containers that cross each other flexible tapes or the like connecting elements connected are. The container, i.e. the preserve, bottle or can, or the Main chamber has tapes with which the at least one secondary chamber or the at least one additional container is connected which one or which, when in use, preferably below the main container, i.e. the preserve, bottle or can, or the main chamber hangs. The additional container can be removed by removing the straps be separated from the main tank. Each container has one own opening through which the food or drinks are removed can be.

In this version there is also the possibility that the additional container, also with the help of additional straps, still one or more additional containers can be added can, which also preferably below the Hang the upper additional container on the appropriate straps.

The embodiment of an invention shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B trained container 10 in the form of a preserve or can out of a main chamber 12 with an opening 14 at the top 16 of the container 10 and one or more secondary chambers 18 with a respective opening 20 on the underside 22 of the container 10 together. The content of the main chamber 12 and that of the secondary chambers 18 comes because of the impermeability of a common Wall 24 or partition 40 not in contact with each other. A Mixing, for example, the liquid in the form of a beverage in the main chamber 12 and a solid in the form of a chocolate bar or of peanuts in the secondary chamber 18 is therefore excluded.

The secondary chamber 18 can be within the Container 10 in total, i.e. in the preserve or can, its opening on the bottom 22 of the container 10, i.e. at the Container bottom of the preserve or can, namely the opening 14 of the Main chamber 12 on top of the container 10 opposite is arranged. However, it is also a reverse arrangement of Main chamber 12 and secondary chamber 18 possible within the container 10.

Die Größe und Menge des Nahrungsmittels, die sich aus dem Behälter 10 neben dem Getränk 32, wie zum Beispiel Bier oder dergleichen, entnehmen läßt, hängt von der Anzahl und Größe der Nebenkammern 18 sowie der Größe und Form der Hauptkammer 12 ab. 2A, 2B and 2C one can in the inventive Container 10 by hand from the secondary chamber 18 after removal of a possible lock 28 (cf. FIG. 1B) a food, for example cookies, a chocolate bar or peanuts 30 etc., via the opening 20 from the secondary chamber 18th remove and eat or consume while a drink 32 through the opening 14 of the main chamber 12 or the container 10 to usual Way is consumed. The size and amount of food that out of the container 10 next to the drink 32, such as Beer or the like, depends on the number and Size of the secondary chambers 18 and the size and shape of the main chamber 12 from.

Depending on the arrangement and design of the Main chamber 12 and secondary chamber 18 and their openings 14, 20, which can be chosen arbitrarily are very different Closures 28 of the openings 14, 20, such as a film made of aluminum, plastic or the like, a cardboard box, a Stickers etc., usable.

With the container 10 according to the invention can on the one hand the opening 14, which is the main chamber 12 or one of the containers connects with the environment, a first product, for example a Drink or juice, and on the other hand through the opening 20, through which the secondary chamber 18 or another container with the Environment communicates, another product, for example peanuts 30, remove. As a closure 28 for opening 20 of the secondary chamber 18th can also be a known locking system in Form a twist lock or the like can be provided.

The embodiment shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B of an inventive Container 10 consists of the main chamber or a Main container 12 and the secondary chamber or an additional container 18, which are connected to one another via flexible bands 44 or the like connecting elements are connected. 1A are the Main chamber 12 and the secondary chamber 18 are not closer together shown plug, click, snap, turn, screw or the same device connectable. It is also conceivable that The main chamber 12 and the secondary chamber 18 only have one per se known adhesive film until the removal of those in the container 10 Articles to each other.

Before use, the tapes 44 are together with the one therein recorded item within the secondary chamber 18. Likewise, it is however conceivable, the bands 44 directly on the outside of the To arrange wall 24 of the entire container 10.

The secondary chamber 18 comprises one, in particular essentially rigid, base plate 46 and an attached, especially in substantially rigid, side wall 47, which attaches to the wall 24, here the bottom 22, the main chamber 12 connects.

The secondary chamber 18 remains after removal from the main chamber 12 of the container 10 hang the respective bands 44.

Fig. 2A). Fig. 2D).2A to 2E, the main chamber can be 12 of the container 10 with one hand 26, the secondary chamber 18 with the other hand 26 (see Fig. 2A). After loosening the not shown Plug, click, snap, turn, screw or the same - device hangs the secondary chamber 18 due to the provided Bands 44 below the main chamber 12 down this (see. 2 B). When tilting the main chamber 12, for example by one in it the secondary chamber 18 remains to consume the beverage 32 present due to the yielding bands 44 unchanged in a horizontal position (see FIG. 2C), as a result of which the spillage in the secondary chamber 18 content from the secondary chamber 18 is avoided. On this way it is possible to enter from the main chamber 12 for example Consume drink and at the same time from the one below Sub-chamber 18 a solid food, for example peanuts 30, (see Fig. 2D).

Fig. 2E).By separating the tapes 44, the secondary chamber can also 18 can be detached from the main chamber 12 (see FIG. 2E).
