Claims (7)
- Procédé pour compenser des forces ou des parts de forces (T) résultant de mouvements horizontaux des cylindres dans des cages de laminoir pour le laminage à chaud et à froid de produits plats, équipées de cylindres de travail (6) et d'un ou de plusieurs cylindres d'appui (1), de dispositifs de positionnement hydrauliques (2) et de dispositifs de mesure de forces (5) sur le côté opposé de l'emprise de laminage et de dispositifs hydrauliques (7) pour le déplacement horizontal des cylindres de travail (6), caractérisé en ce que l'on a recours aux pressions dans les deux vérins de positionnement (2) pour déterminer les forces de laminage (F) sur un côté de l'emprise, et aux forces affichées par les dispositifs de mesure de forces (5) pour déterminer les forces de laminage sur le côté opposé de l'emprise, et en ce qu'en prenant en compte les forces axiales (T) des cylindres de travail (6), déterminées via les pressions dans les vérins de déplacement (7) des cylindres de travail (6), on détermine par calcul toutes les forces axiales dans la cage pendant le fonctionnement des cylindres, et en ce qu'à partir des forces axiales (T) mesurées et calculées des cylindres, on en déduit des valeurs de correction pour les affichages de force de laminage (F) dans les deux montants, afin de compenser les forces de réaction (R) des forces axiales (T), dans lequel on détermine par calcul les allongements associés aux forces de réaction (R) résultant des forces axiales (T) dans les deux montants, et on les compense par un positionnement correspondant des deux dispositifs de positionnement hydrauliques (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on détermine par calcul l'excentricité actuelle (x) de la force de laminage (Fw) à partir des quatre forces de laminage mesurées (F1 à F4) et à partir des deux forces axiales mesurées (T2, T3).
- Procédé selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que lors du calibrage de la cage de laminoir pour mettre en parallèle les cylindres (1, 6), on régule à zéro l'excentricité calculée (x) de la force de laminage (Fw).
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on prend en compte les six valeurs mesurées pour les forces de laminage (F1 à F4) et pour les forces axiales (T2, T3) uniquement pendant des mouvements de déplacement dirigés dans le même sens et effectués sur les deux côtés de la cage lors de l'exécution du calibrage automatique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les forces axiales mesurées et calculées (T1 à T4) et la force tangentielle (Tw) dans l'emprise sont affichées en continu pour surveiller l'état de maintien.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'après compensation des affichages de forces de laminage (F1 à F4) par les forces de réaction (R) calculées à partir des forces axiales (T1 à T4), on régule à zéro la différence restante des affichages de forces de laminage dans la partie supérieure ou inférieure de la cage, pour mettre en parallèle les cylindres.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'après compensation des affichages de forces de laminage (F1 à F4) par les forces de réaction (R) calculées à partir des forces axiales (T1 à T4), on a recours à la différence restante des affichages de forces de laminage dans la partie supérieure ou inférieure de la cage, pour surveiller en continu le processus de laminage.
