Description
Bei einem weiteren bekannten Laufwerk der eingangs genannten Art sind die Radsätze über zwei Paar an den beiden Längsseiten des Laufwerks angeordnete, je an einem der Achslager angelenkte Längslenker geführt, welche an einer am Laufwerksrahmen querliegend angeordneten Koppelwelle paarweise gegensinnig angelenkt sind und über welche die Radsätze miteinander im Sinne einer passiven radialen Selbstlenkung gegensinnig gekoppelt sind (SLM-Druckschrift "Typenfamilie der Lok 2000", 1992 by Georg Siemens Verlagsbuchhandlung, insbesondere Seite 6).
Beim Kurvenlauf werden die Radsätze dieses Laufwerks im Sinne einer Knickbewegung annähernd radial eingestellt, d.h. gegenüber der bei Geradeausfahrt sich einstellenden Position um entgegengesetzt gleiche Ausdrehwinkel um deren Hochachse verschwenkt. Die Ausdrehwinkel sind im wesentlichen durch eine vorgegebene Knicksteifigkeit zwischen den Radsätzen bestimmt. Die gegensinnige Koppelung wirkt zugleich einer Scherbewegung der Radsätze entgegen. Durch die bekannte Anordnung ist im allgemeinen ein gutes Kurvenlaufverhalten des Laufwerks erzielbar, welches einerseits durch den Radius des jeweils zu durchfahrenden Gleisbogens und andererseits durch die beim Fahrbetrieb auftretenden, auf Gleishöhe wirksamen dynamischen Kräfte bestimmt ist.

Claims (17)
- Laufwerk für ein Schienenfahrzeug, mit einem Laufwerkrahmen (1) und mindestens zwei Radsätzen (2 und 3), auf denen der Laufwerkrahmen (1) über zumindest in Laufwerk-Längsrichtung beweglich geführte Achslager (5) abgestützt ist, sowie mit einer Koppeleinrichtung (6), über welche die beiden äusseren Radsätze (2 und 3) miteinander gegensinnig auslenkbar, je im wesentlichen radial zu einem jeweils zu durchfahrenden Gleisbogen einstellbar gekoppelt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Koppeleinrichtung (6) eine zusätzliche Verstellvorrichtung (15) zum Uebertragen von Verstellkräften enthält, über welche auf die Radsätze (2 und 3) je eine zusätzliche, deren gegensinnige Einstellung überlagernde, gleichsinnige Auslenkbewegung übertragbar ist. - Laufwerk für ein Schienenfahrzeug, mit einem Laufwerksrahmen (1) und mindestens zwei Radsätzen (2 und 3), auf denen der Laufwerksrahmen (1) über zumindest in Laufwerks-Längsrichtung beweglich geführte Achslager (5) abgestützt ist, sowie mit einer Koppeleinrichtung (6), über welche die beiden äusseren Radsätze (2 und 3) miteinander gegensinnig auslenkbar, je im wesentlichen radial zu einem jeweils zu durchfahrenden Gleisbogen einstellbar gekoppelt sind, wobei die Koppeleinrichtung(6) eine zusätzliche Verstellvorrichtung (89) mit einem aktiven Stellelement zum Übertragen von Verstellkräften enthält, über welches auf die Radsätze (2, 3) je eine zusätzliche, deren gegensinnige Einstellung unterstützende, gegensinnige Auslenkbewegung übertragbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die zusätzliche Verstellvorrichtung (89) Stellmittel mit mindestens einem in mindestens einer Stellung positionierbarem Stützelement aufweist, wobei als Stützelement eine Federanordnung vorgesehen ist, die zwei einander entgegenwirkende Federelemente enthält, die auf eine vorbestimmte Federkraft einstellbar sind und die durch je einen an eine Quelle eines Druckmittels anschliessbaren Federbalg (25, 25') gebildet sind. - Laufwerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dessen Koppeleinrichtung (6) eine am Laufwerkrahmen (1) querliegend angeordnete, drehbar gelagerte Koppelwelle (9, 31, 89) und zwei Paar an dieser paarweise gegensinnig angelenkte Längslenker (11, 12) enthält, welche mit den beiden äusseren Radsätzen (2 und 3) gelenkig verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Koppelwelle (9, 31; 89) mit der zusätzlichen Verstellvorrichtung (15; 89) um ihre Drehachse entsprechend der zusätzlichen Auslenkung der Radsätze (2, 3) einstellbar gekoppelt ist.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 3, wenn dieser von Anspruch 1 abhängig ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Koppelwelle (9, 31) in einer beweglichen Lageranordnung gelagert ist, die am Laufwerkrahmen (1) um eine Hochachse (Z) schwenkbar angebracht ist, und dass die zusätzliche Verstellvorrichtung (15) mindestens ein Stellmittel enthält, über welches die Lageranordnung um diese Hochachse (Z) einstellbar gehalten ist.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Koppeleinrichtung (6) zwei je einem der Radsätze (2 und 3) zugeordnete, querliegend angeordnete, am Laufwerkrahmen (1) drehbar gelagerte Koppelwellen (7 und 8) enthält, welche je über zwei Längslenker (10 bzw. 11) mit dem zugeordneten Radsatz (2 bzw. 3) entsprechend der gegensinnigen Auslenkung der Radsätze (2, 3) beweglich gekoppelt, und über eine dieser gegensinnigen Auslenkung entgegenwirkende, nachgiebige Stützverbindung (14) gegeneinander abgestützt sind, und dass die zusätzliche Verstellvorrichtung (15) mindestens ein mit den beiden Koppelwellen (7 und 8) gekoppeltes Stellmittel enthält, über welches die Koppelwellen (7 und 8) miteinander entsprechend der gleichsinnigen Auslenkung der beiden Radsätze (2 und 3) einstellbar gehalten sind.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Koppeleinrichtung (6) zwei je einem der Radsätze (2 und 3) zugeordnete, querliegend angeordnete Koppelstangen (37 und 38) enthält, welche je über zwei am Laufwerkrahmen in Querrichtung beweglich angelenkte Winkelhebel (40 und 40a) und zwei an diesen angelenkte Längslenker (10 und 11) mit dem zugeordneten Radsatz (2 bzw. 3) entsprechend der gegensinnigen Auslenkung der Radsätze (2 und 3) beweglich gekoppelt sind, und dass die zusätzliche Verstellvorrichtung (15) mindestens ein mit den beiden Koppelstangen (37 und 38) gekoppeltes Stellmittel enthält, über welches die Koppelstangen (37 und 38) in Querrichtung entsprechend der gleichsinnigen Auslenkung der beiden Radsätze (2 und 3) einstellbar gehalten sind.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellmittel zwischen dem Laufwerkrahmen (1) und einem mit den beiden Koppelstangen (37 und 38) gelenkig verbundenen Balancier (41) angeordnet ist, welcher über das Stellmittel in Querrichtung einstellbar gehalten ist.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Koppeleinrichtung (6) zwei dreiarmige Schwenkhebel (42, 42a) enthält, welche über eine querliegende Koppelstange (43) miteinander, und je über zwei an ihnen angelenkte Längslenker (10 und 11) mit den beiden Radsätzen (2 und 3) entsprechend der gegensinnigen Auslenkung der Radsätze (2, 3) beweglich gekoppelt sind, dass als zusätzliche Verstellvorrichtung (15) eine am Laufwerkrahmen (1) gelagerte Halterung (44) vorgesehen ist, auf welcher die beiden Schwenkhebel (42, 42a) je in Laufgestell-Längsrichtung beweglich angelenkt sind, und dass mindestens ein Stellmittel vorgesehen ist, über welches die beiden Schwenkhebel (42, 42a) entsprechend der gleichsinnigen Auslenkung der beiden Radsätze (2 und 3) in Laufgestell-Längsrichtung einstellbar geführt sind.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (44) einen am Laufwerkrahmen (1) um eine Hochachse (Z) schwenkbar angelenkten Querträger (50) enthält, an dessen beiden Enden je einer der dreiarmigen Schwenkhebel (42 bzw. 42a) angelenkt ist, dass die Schwenkhebel (42 und 42a) je über einen Längslenker (51 bzw. 51a) mit einem auf dem Laufwerkrahmen (1) abgestützten Fahrzeugkasten (53) gekoppelt sind, und dass das Stellmittel zwischen dem Laufwerkrahmen (1) und dem Querträger (50) angeordnet ist.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Koppeleinrichtung (6) zwei Paar am Laufwerkrahmen (1) angelenkte, in Laufwerk-Längsrichtung paarweise je gegen einen der Radsätze (2 und 3) hin konvergierend angeordnete und mit diesem gelenkig gekoppelte Längslenker (56 und 57) enthält, über welche die Radsätze (2 und 3) gegensinnig auslenkbar geführt sind, und dass als zusätzliche Verstellvorrichtung (15) mindestens ein zwischen den Radsätzen (2 und 3) querliegend angeordnetes aktives Stellmittel vorgesehen ist, welches an zwei je von einem der Radsätze (2 bzw. 3) in Längsrichtung abstehenden Stützteilen (59 bzw. 59a) angelenkt ist und über welches die Radsätze (2 und 3) zusätzlich gleichsinnig auslenkbar gehalten sind.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Koppeleinrichtung (15) ein hydraulisches Gestänge enthält, welches zwei Paar je mit einem der Radsätze (2 und 3) verbundene zugeordnete, doppeltwirkende Kolben-/Zylinderaggregate (61, 62 bzw. 63, 64) enthält, über welche die Radsätze (2 und 3) entsprechend einer gegensinnigen Auslenkung gekoppelt sind, und dass als zusätzliche Verstellvorrichtung (15) ein an eine Druckmittelquelle anschliessbares, zusätzliches doppeltwirkendes Kolben-/Zylinderaggregat (76) vorgesehen ist, dessen Zylinderräume je mit den eine gleichsinnige Auslenkung der Radsätze (2 und 3) bewirkenden Zylinderräumen der mit den Radsätzen (2 und 3) verbundenen Kolben-/Zylinderaggregate (61, 62 bzw. 63, 64) gekoppelt sind.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 3, wenn dieser von Anspruch 1 abhängig ist oder nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Stellmittel mindestens ein in mindestens einer Stellung positionierbares Stützelement vorgesehen ist.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Stützelement eine an eine Quelle eines Druckmittels anschliessbare Kolben-/Zylindereinrichtung (16, 47; 81, 82) vorgesehen ist.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Stützelement eine Federanordnung vorgesehen ist, welche zwei einander entgegenwirkende Federelemente (54) enthält, die je auf eine vorbestimmte Federkraft einstellbar sind.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federelemente je durch einen an eine Quelle eines Druckmittels anschliessbaren Federbalg (25, 25') gebildet sind.
- Laufwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Stellmittel eine Dämpfungseinrichtung (30) vorgesehen ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug mit mindestens einem Laufwerk nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche.
