Abstract
Ustensile de cuisson dont on peut améliorer les propriétés d'isolation thermique par l'utilisation de cylindres (2, 3) ou analogue ayant au moins deux parois isolantes, des couches isolantes (4, 5) et un vide (6), et d'un couvercle dont certaines parties (9, 11) comportent un revêtement isolant (10, 12) et un espace vide (13). On peut améliorer davantage lesdites propriétés d'isolation thermique à l'aide d'un accessoire souple d'isolation thermique (24) portant une protubérance (27) et plusieurs petites parties saillantes (28), et étant constitué de deux disques métalliques (37, 38) délimitant entre eux un espace vide (40). Le couvercle est constitué d'une matière plastique mince (42, 43), de laine de verre (44) et d'un ruban élastique (46), et on utilise un cylindre vide de hauteur (47) et de diamètre (48) tels qu'il protège la soupape (15) de détente de la pression de vapeur. Les joints des cylindres se présentent sous la forme de deux joints compacts périphériques ou d'un seul joint compact et d'une ou deux rondelles.
