Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Spinnen, Verstrecken und Aufspulen eines synthetischen Fadens (1). Hierbei wird der Faden (1) bei der Verstreckung in einer Verstreckzone einer mehrstufigen Wärmebehandlung durch beheizte Heizoberflächen (32, 117) unterworfen. In der ersten Wärmebehandlung wird der Faden (1) auf den Bereich der Glasübergangstemperatur des Fadenmaterials erhitzt, wobei der Faden mit Teilumschlingung über eine Heizoberfläche (32) geführt wird. Die zweite Stufe der Wärmebehandlung wird durch eine langgestreckte Heizoberfläche 117 gebildet. Eine der Heizoberflächen (32 oder 117) ist auf eine Oberflächentemperatur erhitzt, die oberhalb der Schmelzetemperatur des Fadenmaterials liegt. In der Verstreckzone wird der Faden einer Fadenzugkraft unterworfen, die zur plastischen Verformung in oder unmittelbar hinter der ersten Stufe der Wärmebehandlung erforderlich ist. Der Faden wird dabei verstreckt und fixiert. The invention relates to a method and a device for spinning, drawing and winding up a synthetic thread (1). Here, the thread (1) is subjected to a multi-stage heat treatment by heated heating surfaces (32, 117) during stretching in a stretching zone. In the first heat treatment, the thread (1) is heated to the range of the glass transition temperature of the thread material, the thread with partial wrap being passed over a heating surface (32). The second stage of the heat treatment is formed by an elongated heating surface 117. One of the heating surfaces (32 or 117) is heated to a surface temperature that is above the melt temperature of the thread material. In the drawing zone, the thread is subjected to a thread tensile force which is necessary for plastic deformation in or immediately after the first stage of the heat treatment. The thread is stretched and fixed.
