Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Waschen eines Formzylinders und einer zugeordneten Auftragwalze in einer Druckmaschine, vorzugsweise in einer Offsetdruckmaschine mit mindestens einer Lackiereinheit.The invention relates to a method and a device for washing a forme cylinder and an associated application roller in a printing press, preferably in an offset printing press with at least one coating unit.
Eine Waschvorrichtung dieser Art ist aus der WO 95/01876 bekannt. Die Waschvorrichtung ist achsparallel zur Achse eines zu reinigenden Klischeezylinders verfahrbar. Mit einem Reinigungsmedium in Form von Druckluft mit wahlweise kornförmigen Zusätzen oder in Form einer Reinigungsflüssigkeit mit wahlweise kornförmigen Zusätzen kann die Waschvorrichtung betrieben werden. Die Vorrichtung besitzt dabei eine Zuführung für das Reinigungsmedium und eine Absaugung. Das Reinigungsmedium wird dabei auf das Klischee aufgesprüht und danach abgesaugt. Dabei werden auch Verunreinigungen und Farbe abgesaugt. Bei Verwendung von kornförmigen Zusätzen wird die Qualität des Klischees negativ beeinflußt.A washing device of this type is known from WO 95/01876. Gelöst wird dies durch die Ausbildungsmerkmale der Ansprüche 1 und 5. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren, in Verbindung mit der Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens, gestattet das kombinierte Waschen von Formzylinder mit aufgespannter Druckform und der Auftragwalze, insbesondere einer gerasterten Auftragwalze. Das bei gerasterten Auftragwalzen bekannte "Zusetzen" der Näpfchen, was eine undefinierte Reduzierung des Schöpfvolumens bewirkt, wird dadurch verhindert. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung gestattet das automatisierte Waschen von Auftragwalze und Formzylinder innerhalb der Druckmaschine bei verschiedenen Betriebszuständen. Die Reinigungszeiten werden durch das kombinierte Waschen verkürzt. Als Reinigungsmittel wird vorzugsweise Wasser verwendet. In einer Offsetdruckmaschine ist dem in Maschinenlaufrichtung letzten Druckwerk eine Lackiereinheit nachgeordnet und dient der Inline-Lackierung von Bedruckstoffen. Die Lackiereinheit besteht dabei im wesentlichen aus einem den Bedruckstoff führenden Druckzylinder 1, dem ein an- und abstellbarer Formzylinder 2 zugeordnet ist. Der Formzylinder 2 trägt eine Hochdruckform, die im wesentlichen aus einem flexiblen Elastromer gebildet ist. Dem Formzylinder 2 ist eine an- und abstellbare Auftragwalze 3 zugeordnet. Die Auftragwalze 3 besitzt eine Rasternäpfchenstruktur und ist in Keramik ausgeführt. An die Auftragwalze 3 an- und abstellbar ist eine Zuführeinrichtung 4, die in vorliegender Ausbildung ein Kammerrakel ist, angeordnet. Die Zuführeinrichtung 4 besitzt ein Leitungssystem für die Zuführung bzw. die Abführung des zu verarbeitenden Mediums, im vorliegenden Beispiel ist dies ein Dispersionslack. Druckzylinder 1, Formzylinder 2, Auftragwalze 3 und die Zuführeinrichtung 4 sind in bekannter Weise in Seitengestellen gelagert. Zwischen Formzylinder 2 und Auftragwalze 3 ist eine Waschvorrichtung 5 angeordnet, welche an einer in den Seitengestellen fixierten Traverse achsparallel zum Formzylinder 2 und der Auftragwalze 3 verfahrbar ist. Die Waschvorrichtung 5 weist zwei gekrümmte Flächen auf, die in je einem Spalt 12 beabstandet von Formzylinder 2 und Auftragwalze 3 angeordnet sind. Die Flächen verlaufen dabei vorzugsweise konzentrisch zu den Mantelflächen von Formzylinder 2 und Auftragwalze 3. Jede Fläche weist eine Sprüheinrichtung 10 auf, der in Drehrichtung der Auftragwalze 4 oder des Formzylinders 2 eine Absaugeinrichtung 11 jeweils nachgeordnet ist. Die Sprüheinrichtungen 10 sind mit je einer Reinigungsfluidzufühtung 6 verbunden. Die Absaugeinrichtung 11 sind mit je einer Reinigungsfluidabführung 7 verbunden. Die Reinigungsfluidzuführungen 6 sowie die Reinigungsfluidabführungen 7 enden in einem gemeinsamen Behälter 9 zur Aufnahme des Reinigungsfluides und bilden somit ein Kreislaufsystem. Bei Verwendung mehrerer Reinigungsfluide, z.B. Lösemittel mit Wasser oder ausschließlich Wasser, können auch mehrere Behälter 9 in den Kreislauf integriert werden. Die Wirkungsweise ist wie folgt:
Im Druckbetrieb (Druck an-Stellung) wird der gerasterten Auftragwalze 3 von der Zuführeinrichtung 4 das Medium Lack zugeführt. Die Auftragwalze 3 überträgt dosiert diesen Lack an den Formzylinder 2, welcher den Bedruckstoff in Verbindung mit dem Druckzylinder 1 veredelt. Während der Formzylinder 2 Lack rührt, wird das Reinigungsfluid an den Formzylinder 2 mittels Sprüheinrichtung 10 in Impulsen gesteuert aufgesprüht und mittels Absaugeinrichtung 11 kontinuierlich abgesaugt. Dabei wird die Waschvorrichtung 5 parallel zum Formzylinder 2 axial hin- und herverfahren. In der Druck an-Stellung ist die der Auftragwalze 3 benachbarte Fläche der Waschvorrichtung 5 nicht aktiviert. Im druckfreien Betrieb (Druck ab-Stellung) wird der Formzylinder 2 von der Auftragwalze 3 entkoppelt. Das Reinigungsfluid wird durch die Sprüheinrichtungen 10 in Impulsen gesteuert auf den Formzylinder 2 und auf die Auftragwalze 3 gesprüht und kontinuierlich von den Mantelflächen des Formzylinders 2 sowie der Auftragwalze 3 abgesaugt. Im druckfreien Betrieb kann dabei der rotierenden Auftragwalze 3 weiterhin Lack kontinuierlich zugeführt werden, während deren Mantelfläche gewaschen wird. In einer weiteren Ausführung ist bei druckfreiem Betrieb die Zuführung von Lack an die Auftragwalze 3 gestoppt, während deren Mantelfläche gewaschen wird. Der Formzylinder 2 kann dabei wahlweise mit gewaschen werden. Die Auftragwalze 3 kann weiterhin separat gewaschen werden, indem der Formzylinder still gesetzt oder für andere Arbeiten benutzt wird und von der Auftragwalze 3 getrennt ist. Das Reinigungsfluid wird dann ausschließlich an die rotierende Auftragwalze aufgesprüht und von deren Mantelfläche abgesaugt. Der Formzylinder 2 steht dann z.B. für einen Druckformwechsel bereit.
In bevorzugter Weise wird die Lackiereinheit synchron mit den vorgeordneten Druckwerken und/oder weiteren Lackiereinheiten gewaschen, es ist jedoch auch ein separates Waschen in der Lackiereinheit möglich.The mode of action is as follows:

daß die Sprüheinrichtungen (10) und die Absaugeinrichtungen (11) von einer gemeinsamen Steuereinheit (8) einzeln ansteuerbar sind und
