Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum durchströmenden Behandeln von Textilgut, Vliesen oder Papier mit einem gasförmigen oder flüssigen, in der Vorrichtung umgewälzten Behandlungsmittel mit einer unter Saugzug stehenden, stirnseitig Böden aufweisenden durchlässigen Blechtrommel als Transportelement, welche an ihrem Umfang mit einem siebförmigen Belag bedeckt ist, und zwischen dem siebförmigen Belag und dem Trommelmantel als Unterzug zur Erhöhung des Abstandes zwischen dem Trommelmantel und dem Belag allein parallel über die ganze Länge der Trommel von Boden zu Boden sich gerade erstreckende Blechstreifen angeordnet sind, wobei der Blechtrommelmantel an den radial innen liegenden Kanten der Blechstreifen unmittelbar anliegt und dieser Blechstreifen mit dem Außenumfang des Blechtrommelmantels fest verbunden sind. Der besondere Vorteil dieser Siebtrommelkonstruktion, bei der der an sich durch die DE 39 05 738 A1 bekannte Unterzug bei einer Trommel-Blechmantelkonstruktion durch aufrecht stehende Blechstreifen ersetzt ist, die sich parallel über die ganze Länge der Trommel ungebogen von Stirnseite zur Stirnseite der Trommel erstrecken, ist eine preiswerte Trommelkonstruktion mit einer extrem hohen Luftdurchlässigkeit im Bereich des aufliegenden Textilgutes, obwohl der an sich hinderliche und nicht so durchlässige Blechmantel unverändert bleibt. Diese Blechstreifen dienen nur zur Erhöhung des Abstandes des Siebgewebes vom Blechmantel und erhöhen derart den Abstand vom Siebtrommelmantel zum Siebgewebe, daß die geringere Luftdurchlässigkeit der Lochtrommel ohne wesentlichen Einfluß ist. Es ist besonders vorteilhaft, wenn sich an das freie Ende des Flansches ein weiterer Blechstreifen rechtwinklig zu einem im ganzen U-förmig aufgebogenen Doppelblechstreifen anschließt. Der Flansch oder der Boden dieses Doppelblechstreifens sollte genauso gelocht sein, wie der Siebtrommelblechmantel, so daß nicht nur die Löcher der Perforation für die Befestigung verwendet werden können, sondern auch die Luftdurchlässigkeit der Trommel durch die Fläche des Flansches oder des Bodens des U-förmigen Doppelblechstreifens nicht oder nur geringfügig vermindert wird. Da nun aber die Befestigung durch Nieten oder Schrauben das eine oder andere Loch der Perforation verschlossen ist, sieht die Erfindung zur vorteilhafteren Ausgestaltung vor, daß die radial aufrecht stehenden Blechstreifen ebenfalls gelocht sind. Somit ist die Luftdurchlässigkeit der Bereiche mit den durch die Schrauben verschlossenen Perforationslöchern mit den Bereichen, die zwischen den Befestigungsflanschen liegen, ausgeglichen.It is particularly advantageous if at the free end of the flange another sheet metal strip is connected at right angles to a double sheet metal strip which is bent up in a U-shape. Eine Siebtrommelvorrichtung besteht grundsätzlich aus einem etwa rechteckigen Gehäuse 1, das durch eine Zwischenwand 2 in einen Behandlungsraum 3 und einen Ventilatorraum 4 unterteilt ist. Im Behandlungraum 3 ist die Siebtrommel und konzentrisch zu dieser im Ventilatorraum 4 ein Ventilator 6 drehbar gelagert. Selbstverständlich kann der Ventilatorraum auch in einem von dem Siebtrommelgehäuse 1 abgetrennten, hier nicht dargestellten, gesonderten Ventilatorgehäuse angeordnet sein. Jedenfalls setzt der Ventilator das Innere der Trommel unter Saugzug. Auch ist die Trommelkontruktion an einer Naßbehandlungsvorrichtung, die auch nur zum Absaugen von Flüssigkeit dienen kann, Gegenstand des Patentes. Gemäß der Fig. 1 sind ober- und unterhalb des Ventilators 6 jeweils Heizaggregate 7 angeordnet, die aus mit Heizmedium durchflossenen Rohren bestehen. Damit dieser Abstand und die genaue Ausrichtung der Blechstreifen 10 über die Arbeitsbreite der Trommel fixiert ist, sind im Gegensatz zur Offenbarung in der Hauptanmeldung die radial innen liegenden Kanten der Blechstreifen 10 mit einem Flansch 14 versehen, der rechtwinklig von dem Blechstreifen 10 absteht und mit dem Siebtrommelmantel 5 durch dessen Lochung verschraubt oder mit einer Niete 16 verbunden ist.
