Claims (17)
- Emballage parallélépipédique à sommet plat, en particulier emballage à coins rabattus avec soudure centrale ou d'angle, le composite comprenant au moins une couche de substrat en papier ou carton, une couche d'agent adhésif, une couche barrière, de préférence en aluminium, et un revêtement de matière plastique bilatéral en polyéthylène (PE), avec une face d'ouverture prévue dans le sommet de l'emballage, laquelle forme après crevaison un trou de versement, avec un élément verseur (2) présentant un capuchon obturateur (3) pouvant être refermé, élément dont le rebord (4) entourant la face d'ouverture est solidarisé à la surface de l'emballage, le capuchon obturateur (3) constituant également le dispositif d'ouverture et la surface d'ouverture présentant une réduction de section destinée à assister le processus d'ouverture, caractérisé en ce que l'élément verseur (2) est agencé du côté de la surface de l'emballage où la soudure (5) du sommet est rabattue, et en ce que la partie du rebord (4) de l'élément verseur (2) tournée vers la soudure (5) du sommet s'avance à peu près jusqu'à la soudure du sommet et jusqu'à l'arête (K) du pli du coin (O) de l'emballage, et est fixée entre la surface de l'emballage et la soudure (5) du sommet rabattue.

- Emballage à sommet plat selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les évidements (9, 9') qui réceptionnent les tourillons (8) sont ménagés dans l'élément verseur (2) sur le côté de l'orifice de passage (12).

- Emballage à sommet plat selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les tourillons (8) divisent le levier d'ouverture (3) suivant le rapport 1:5 à 1:3 (levier de poussée:levier de prise).
- Emballage à sommet plat selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le capuchon obturateur (3) et/ou l'élément verseur (2) présente(nt) des moyens (10) permettant le verrouillage du capuchon obturateur (3) en position de fermeture.
- Emballage à sommet plat selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'élément verseur (2) présente une rainure de versement (13) orientée dans la direction de la paroi frontale de l'emballage.
