Claims (14)

  1. Palette réalisée avec du carton, munie d'un plateau avec une face libre et une face de base et des blocs formant pieds qui sont distribués sur la face de base du plateau, le plateau (3) comprenant un garnissage de carton en nid d'abeille, et les blocs formant pieds (4) comprenant également un garnissage de carton en nid d'abeille, caractérisée par un boítier (5, 8) en plastique résistant aux impacts et étanche à l'humidité, ce boítier enfermant le plateau (3) et les blocs formant pieds (4) et contribuant à la rigidité structurelle de la palette (1).
  2. Palette selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le boítier (5, 8) suit les contours du plateau (3) et des blocs formant pieds (4).
  3. Palette selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le boítier (5, 8) comprend, d'une part, un couvercle (5) en plastique qui s'adapte avec un faible jeu sur la face libre du plateau (3) et qui est muni d'une face plane (6) de la dimension du plateau (3) et d'un bord (7) qui est perpendiculaire à celle-ci et qui s'adapte autour du plateau (3), et, d'autre part, une pièce de fond (8) en plastique qui s'adapte avec un faible jeu autour de la face de base du plateau (3) avec les blocs formant pieds (4) et qui est munie d'une face plane (9) qui s'adapte avec un faible jeu sur la portion de la face de base du plateau (3) qui est dépourvue de blocs formant pieds (4) et de cavités (10) qui s'adaptent avec un faible jeu avec les blocs formant pieds (4) et d'un bord (11) perpendiculaire à celle-ci qui s'adapte autour du plateau (3) et s'adapte par recouvrement dans ou autour du bord (7) du couvercle (5).
  4. Palette selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les bords (7, 11) du couvercle (5) et de la pièce de fond (8) sont fixés l'un à l'autre de manière étanche.
  5. Palette selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les bords (7, 11) du couvercle (5) et de la pièce de fond (8) sont collés ensemble.
  6. Palette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le boítier (5, 8) en plastique et le garnissage (2) de carton en nid d'abeille sont collés ensemble.
  7. Palette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le boítier (5, 8) en plastique a une épaisseur de paroi comprise entre 1 et 3 mm.
  8. Palette selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le plastique constituant le boítier (5, 8) est du polyéthylène, du polypropylène, du chlorure de polyvinyle ou de l'acrylnitrile- styrène-butadiène.
  9. Palette réalisée avec du carton, comprenant deux palettes (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 8 qui, comme réfléchies par un plan parallèle à leur plateau (3) se confondent l'une avec l'autre, et qui, avec leurs faces de fond en regard l'une de l'autre, sont adjacentes l'une à l'autre avec les cavités (10) de leurs pièces de fond (8), dans laquelle les cavités (10) adjacentes l'une à l'autre sont fixées l'une à l'autre.
  10. Palette réalisée avec du carton, comprenant une palette (1) ayant la fonction de couvercle supérieur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 8 et une ou plusieurs palettes de support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 8, qui ont une surface de plateau plus petite que la palette formant couvercle supérieur, dans laquelle les palettes de support et formant couvercle supérieur, avec leurs faces de fond en regard l'une de l'autre, sont adjacentes l'une à l'autre avec les cavités (10) de leurs pièces de fond (8), dans laquelle les cavités (10) adjacentes l'une à l'autre sont fixées l'une à l'autre.
  11. Palette selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que les cavités (10) adjacentes l'une à l'autre sont fixées l'une à l'autre au moyen de manchons (12) situés autour d'elles.
  12. Palette selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que les cavités (10) et les manchons (12) sont cylindriques à base circulaire et les manchons (12) sont situés avec un faible jeu autour des cavités (10).
  13. Palette selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisée en ce que les manchons (12) sont réalisés en plastique et en ce que les manchons (12) et les cavités associées (10) sont collées ensemble.
  14. Palette selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que le plastique constituant le manchon (12) est du polyéthylène, du polypropylène, du chlorure de polyvinyle ou de l'acrylnitrile-styrène-butadiène.
