Ce type de fabrication est tout à fait artisanal, le vendeur utilisant un simple réchaud posé sur un plateau, tandis que la pâte à crêpe est stockée dans un saladier, duquel la pâte est retirée petit à petit grâce à une simple louche contenant la dose de pâte pour réaliser une crêpe. Par ailleurs, la position angulaire initiale de la manette est réglable, afin de pouvoir modifier sa course angulaire et régler ainsi la quantité de l'écoulement par une ouverture plus ou moins prolongée et importante du bouchon (14). La tige verticale (19) est guidée à sa partie inférieure par un trou de guidage (30) réalisé dans une barre transversale (31) qui est retenue dans le réservoir par deux supports d'extrémité (34a, 34b) ayant chacun la forme d'un U ouvert vers le bas et solidaire de la surface intérieure (32) de la paroi périphérique (11) du réservoir. Ladite barre (31) étant sollicitée dans
lesdits supports (34a, 34b) par action du ressort de compression (16). Le réservoir (9) est monté pivotant par rapport au bloc de travail (2) entre une position escamotée de repos dans laquelle le réservoir est hors de la zone occupée par la plaque de cuisson et une position de distribution dans laquelle l'orifice d'écoulement, et en particulier son centre (Cr), se trouve au-dessus du centre (Cp) de la plaque de cuisson (7). La trajectoire (T) du centre (Cr) de l'orifice d'écoulement (13) étant un arc de cercle de rayon (RI). Le rayon (RI) étant supérieur au rayon (R2) de la plaque de cuisson.
