- This invention relates to formation of a non-volatile polymeric salt film derived from polyamines and polycarboxylic acids on a dyed textile fiber to prevent color loss, especially by chemical attack from solutions of chlorine bleach, and to improve colorfastness.
- Polymeric coatings have been applied to textile fibers to solve a wide range of problems. It is well known that melamine-formaldehyde, urea-formaldehyde, thiourea-formaldehyde and phenyl-formaldehyde resins may be applied to cellulosic fibers to impart anti-creasing properties, prevent shrinking and for fixation of dyestuffs. Additionally, these resins have been found to protect dyed cellulose textiles from color loss when they are exposed to chlorine solutions.

Claims (20)
- Un procédé pour traiter une fibre textile teinte pour améliorer sa résistance au blanchiment, comprenant les étapes de l'application d'une solution de monomères sur ladite fibre textile teinte, dans lequel lesdits monomères sont un amine primaire et un acide carboxylique, et le poids moléculaire de chacun des dits monomères est inférieur à 1 000, et du séchage de ladite fibre textile à une température allant de 20°C à 200°C, pour former un film de sel polymérique non-volatile sur ladite fibre textile.
- Un procédé selon la revendication 1 dans lequel une solution aqueuse de monomères est appliquée sur ladite fibre textile teinte pour obtenir 1 à 10 % en poids de monomères solides par rapport au poids de ladite fibre textile, et dans lequel lesdits monomères sont sélectionnés à partir du groupe constitué de:à la condition que chacun des dits monomères ait un poids moléculaire inférieur à 750; et le séchage de ladite fibre textile se fasse à une température comprise entre 20°C et 200°C, pour former un film de sel polymérique non-volatile sur ladite fibre textile.(a) un mélange de polyamines et d'acides polycarboxyliques;(b) des acides aminés; et(c) des lactames;
- Un procédé selon la revendication 1 dans lequel ladite solution est appliquée sur ladite fibre textile pour obtenir 1 à 10 % en poids de monomères solides par rapport au poids de ladite fibre textile.
- Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 dans lequel ladite solution est appliquée sur ladite fibre textile pour obtenir 2 à 7 % en poids de monomères solides par rapport au poids de ladite fibre textile.
- Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 dans lequel ladite fibre textile est teinte avec un colorant acide ou un colorant dispersé.
- Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 dans lequel ladite solution contient un solvant sélectionné à partir du groupe constitué d'eau et d'alcools C1-C8.
- Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 dans lequel ladite solution est aqueuse.
- Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 dans lequel ladite fibre textile est sélectionnée à partir du groupe constitué de polyamide et de fibre polyester.
- Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 dans lequel ladite fibre textile est sélectionnée à partir du groupe constitué de fibre de nylon 6,6 et de fibre de nylon 6, et ladite fibre est en forme de moquette.
- Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 dans lequel ledit séchage se fait à une température allant de 100° à 200°C.
- Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 dans lequel ledit séchage se fait à une température allant de 120° à 160°C.
- Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11 dans lequel lesdits monomères ne contiennent pas de liaisons amides.
- Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12 dans lequel lesdits monomères sont sélectionnés à partir du groupe constitué d'acides aminés et de lactames.
- Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13 dans lequel lesdits monomères sont sélectionnés à partir du groupe constitué de:(i) mélanges d'acides dicarboxyliques et de diamines, les acides dicarboxyliques étant sélectionnés à partir du groupe constitué de l'acide carbonique, de l'acide oxalique, de l'acide glutarique, de l'acide adipique, de l'acide pimélique, de l'acide subérique, de l'acide azélaïque, de l'acide sébacique, de l'acide dodécanedioïque, de l'acide isophtalique et de l'acide téréphtalique; et les diamines étant sélectionnées à partir du groupe constitué de l'éthylènediamine, l'hexaméthylènediamine, le 1,8-octanediamine décaméthylène diamine, le pipérazine et des oligomères qui sont le produit de la condensation de deux moles d'une diamine et d'un mole d'un ester diacide ou d'un chlorure diacide formé à partir des dits acides dicarboxyliques;(ii) des acides aminés sélectionnés à partir du groupe constitué de l'acide 6-aminohexanoïque, de l'acide aminoundécanoïque, de l'acide aminododécanoïque, de la glycine, de la cystine, de l'asparagine, de la glutamine, de la lysine, de l'arginine, de la tyrosine, et de l'acide 2-pyrrolidinecarboxylique; et(iii) des lactames des dits acide 6-aminohexanoïque, acide aminoundécanoïque ou lysine.
- Le procédé de la revendication 14 dans lequel lesdits monomères sont un mélange d'oligomères diamines et d'acides dicarboxyliques, dans lequel lesdits oligomères diamines sont les produits de la condensation de deux moles d'un diamine et d'un mole d'un ester diacide ou d'un chlorure diacide et ont deux liaisons amides.
- Le procédé de la revendication 15 dans lequel lesdits oligomères diamines sont les produits de la condensation de deux moles de diamine hexaméthylène avec un mole d'un ester de méthyle d'un diacide sélectionné à partir du groupe constitué de l'acide adipique, de l'acide glutarique et de l'acide succinique.
- Un procédé selon la revendication 14 dans lequel lesdits monomères sont sélectionnés à partir du groupe constitué de (i) un mélange d'hexaméthylènediamine et d'acide adipique, (ii) d'acide 6-aminohexanoïque et (iii) de ε-caprolactame.
- Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17 dans lequel ladite solution comprend de plus de l'acide salicylique, ladite solution est appliquée sur ladite fibre textile pour obtenir 0,1 à 7 % en poids d'acide salicylique par rapport au poids de ladite fibre textile.
- Une moquette résistant au blanchiment obtenue par le procédé comprenant les étapes de l'application d'une solution aqueuse de monomères sur une fibre textile de polyamide teinte pour obtenir 1 à 10 % en poids de monomères solides par rapport au poids de ladite fibre textile, dans lequel lesdits monomères sont sélectionnés à partir du groupe constitué de:et le poids moléculaire de chacun des dits monomères est inférieur à 1 000, et du séchage de ladite fibre textile à une température comprise entre 20° et 200°C, pour former un film de sel polymérique non-volatile sur ladite fibre textile.a. un mélange de diamines et de diacides;b. des acides aminés; etc. des lactames,
- Un produit textile selon la revendication 19 dans lequel chacun des dits monomères a un poids moléculaire inférieur à 750, ledit séchage se fait à une température allant de 120° à 160°C et ladite solution est appliquée sur ladite fibre textile pour obtenir 2 à 7 % en poids de monomères solides par rapport au poids de ladite fibre textile.
