Claims (8)

  1. Casier repliable pour transporter et conserver de façon ordonnée les bouteilles, du type comprenant deux étagères superposées (4,5) soutenues dans une structure de support à portique (1) dont le rayon supérieur (4) est pourvu d'une série de trous (4a) alignés en vertical avec une série d'empreintes correspondantes (5a) réalisées sur l'étagère inférieure (5), où chaque étagère (4,5) est formée par deux couples de demi-plans rectangulaires (4b, 5b) fixés réciproquement par trois charnières (6), distribuées le long de l'axe de symétrie longitudinale interne des deux étagères (4,5) et qui permettent à chaque couple de demi-plans de s'ouvrir et de se fermer comme un livre; et où la structure à portique (1) est fermée par deux traverses (1c, 1d), une desquelles (1c) prévue à environ la moitié de la hauteur des montants (1a) de la structure à portique (1), tandis que l'autre prévue en correspondance de la base;
    caractérisé en ce qu'un des demi-plans de chaque couple présente en correspondance des deux extrémités de l'axe même de symétrie longitudinale interne, des goujons de fixage (9a), avec la pointe inclinée, installés dans les trous correspondants (1f) prévus sur la face interne des montants (1a) de la structure à portique immédiatement au-dessus des traverses de raidissement (1c, 1d) et en ce que le long de la face externe de chacun des deux montants (1a) de la structure à portique (1) sont appliqués deux curseurs (2), chacun desquels porte deux couples d'oreilles identiques (2a) qui s'étendent à partir des relatifs côtés opposés avec les goujons respectifs (2c) débordants de la superficie interne des susdites oreilles, enfilés dans les correspondantes fentes profilées en forme de "S" (3) obtenues sur les bords transversaux des demi-plans (4b, 5b) des étagères (4,5).
  2. Casier repliable en plastique pour transporter et conserver de façon ordonnée les bouteilles, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la structure à portique (1) et les traverses de raidissement (1c, 1d) présentent une section transversale à double "T"; étant prévu que ces traverses (1c, 1d) aient une aile horizontale inférieure plus large par rapport à l'aile horizontale supérieure.
  3. Casier repliable en plastique pour transporter et conserver de façon ordonnée les bouteilles, selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les susdites charnières (6) pour le fixage de chaque couple de demi-plans (4b, 5b) sont formées par trois fourches (7), prévues sur le bord longitudinal interne d'un demi-plan, coopérants avec autant de brides (8) situées dans la position correspondante sur le bord longitudinal interne de l'autre demi-plan; étant prévu que chaque fourche (7) soit formée par un couple d'ailettes qui présentent un profil supérieur demi-circulaire et qui résultent pourvues, en correspondance de leur face interne, de goujons respectifs à axe horizontal (7a) avec la pointe à bec de flûte, enfilés dans les trous (8a) de la bride correspondante en forme de "U", elle-même munie supérieurement par un profil hémicylindrique.
  4. Casier repliable en plastique pour transporter et conserver de façon ordonnée les bouteilles, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les goujons (9a) pour le fixage des étagères (4, 5) aux montants (1a) de la structure à portique (1) débordent de la superficie externe d'oreilles (9), flexibles élastiquement, prévues en correspondance des deux extrémités du bord longitudinal interne des demi-plans pourvus des susdites fourches (7).
  5. Casier repliable en plastique pour transporter et conserver de façon ordonnée les bouteilles, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les curseurs de manoeuvre (2) présentent une section transversale en forme de "C" qui leur permet de contenir exactement de l'extérieur le profil à double "T" des montants (1a); les dits curseurs (2) sont bloqués solidement grâce à la prévision de dents cunéiformes (2d) situées sur la face interne de leurs bords opposés, lesquelles sont bloquées dans les rainures verticales des montants (1a).
  6. Casier repliable en plastique pour transporter et conserver de façon ordonnée les bouteilles, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bord interne des trous (4a) de l'étagère supérieure (4) et les bords des empreintes (5a) de l'étagère inférieure (5) présentent un profil évasé.
  7. Casier repliable en plastique pour transporter et conserver de façon ordonnée les bouteilles, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les curseurs (2) présentent au sommet un mentonnet de prise (2b) au-dessous d'un contre-mentonnet (1e) obtenu par moulage sur le côté externe des montants (1a) de la structure à portique (1).
  8. Casier repliable en plastique pour transporter et conserver de façon ordonnée les bouteilles, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le long de la traverse (1b) de la structure à portique (1) est appliquée une poignée (10), formée par deux coques hémicylindriques qui présentent des ressauts internes (10a) destinés à être installés dans des fentes spéciales prévues sur l'aile verticale du profil à double "T" de la traverse (1b).
