  • Modern cigarette filters are almost exclusively made from cellulose (2.5) acetate. Claims (3)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un câble d'acétate de cellulose, dans lequel les fibres formant le câble sont obtenues en exprimant une solution à filer qui, en dehors de l'acétate-2,5 de cellulose et du solvant, contient des composés non toxiques, difficilement solubles dans la solution à filer, dans la proportion de 0,1-5% en poids rapporté à l'acétate-2,5 de cellulose, dans lequel la valeur du diamètre des composés est d'au moins 30% inférieure à celle du diamètre des fibres, caractérisé par le fait que comme additifs on emploie des composés solubles dans l'eau.
  2. Procédé de fabrication d'un câble d'acétate de cellulose, dans lequel les fibres formant le câble sont obtenues en exprimant une solution à filer qui, en dehors de l'acétate-2,5 de cellulose et du solvant, contient des composés non toxiques, difficilement solubles dans la solution à filer, dans une proportion supérieure à 0,1% en poids rapporté à l'acétate-2,5 de cellulose, dans lequel la valeur du diamètre des composés est d'au moins 30% inférieure à celle du diamètre des fibres, caractérisé par le fait que, comme additifs, on emploie des composés organiques que les bactéries peuvent décomposer, en particulier de l'amidon ou des dérivés de l'amidon ou de la dextrine.
  3. Filtre à cigarette, fabriqué en employant un câble de fibres individuelles contenant de l'acétate-2,5 de cellulose, caractérisé par le fait que les fibres individuelles contiennent un composé soluble dans l'eau ou un composé organique que les bactéries peuvent décomposer, en particulier l'amidon ou des dérivés de l'amidon ou de la dextrine, de sorte que le composé soluble dans l'eau peut être éliminé du filtre à cigarette par dissolution sous l'influence de l'humidité ou que le composé organique que les bactéries peuvent décomposer peut être décomposé par des micro-organismes, de sorte que la structure des fibres individuelles est détruite et que la poursuite de la décomposition de l'acétate-2,5 de cellulose est facilitée.
